After visiting Toyota of Orlando we went Tropical Ford! How refreshing to be treated like a person and not a dumb lady! Jay Logue did an outstanding job. He also told us that any questions EVER, call his personal cell phone and he would be glad to answer them! I would happily recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to go see Jay!

Can't recommend this dealer. Drove 2 hours with the intention of buying a used Mustang from them. I had about 70% of the car's value on hand for a down payment with the idea of trading in my current car and then financing what little was left (should've been an easy sale). Instead, they lost a sale because they refused to give me a reasonable amount on my trade-in. They offered me 30% of my car's estimated value (based on KBB and NADA). I still would've taken the deal had they offered something closer to the 50% mark but they refused to budge so I was forced to walk away. Such a waste of time.

Jay Logue went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase and to get the best deal possible. I would recommend him to anyone in search of a new Ford Vehice. He wasn't pushy like most sales people and he's very down to earth. We will definitely be back to see Jay when we are looking for our next Ford!
Johnathan in Finance was awesome! He is also down to earth and personal. Makes sure you understand everything before signing the dotted line.

Jonathan Gonzalez- That was the person who assisted us while our visit at Tropical Ford, he treated us really nice & was very helpful, great attitude and awesome costumer service!! Loved the visit and we were satisfied with the car that he found for us! Would definitely recommend him for your visit at Ford.

These folks were great through the while van buying process. Eva started by being my point-gal, and she was very attentive and communicative. Jason took over from there and was fantastic to work with. You won't find the negative version of a "used car salesman" here.

Called to make sure the car was on the lot I wanted. Pulled up in the ST we bought last year with their dealer info plastered on the back still. The car I wanted was there, when I got there it was sitting out front, great right? Give all my info and 15 minutes later here he comes, I'm excited to test drive my new car NOPE before you can test drive a Ford Focus RS, you have to negotiate and agree to purchase it. Manager said they don't want to put miles on the car Ive bought 100k Mercedes to Corvettes to my friends Ferrari a month ago, all test drove the car before getting into the price details, but I guess the RS at this dealership is more valuable than that? lol I can't wait to tell this story to my friends its hilarious.

Used Tropical Ford for 15+ years for my vehicles. My Sales person Darrell was very helpfull, he answered all my questions and got me a great deal, it was a pleasure to work with him. A very professional and polite man.

This was not my 1st experience with Jay and Tropical Ford. This is the 2nd Fusion I've leased with the expert help of Jay. He provides the best customer service with his kind and caring personality. His knowledge of the cars at Tropical Ford is amazing. He listens to what his customer desires and finds it on the lot. I am always happy and completely satisfied when I do business with Jay and the Team at Tropical Ford. I won't go anywhere else. Thank YOU, Jay!!

This was the best car buying experience I could have asked for. Our car salesman Jay was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to provide us with the absolute best customer service. Everyone was warm and welcoming. They didn't push or pressure us and made sure we got not only the perfect car but a great deal!

Got a used truck over a month ago from here. Needed to trade my other vehicle in, and when i pulled up was immediately greeted by Nick. He was a nice guy and helped me find what I was looking for. Eventually got a used F150, great condition. Would go to Nick again if I was looking to get into another vehicle, but I'm sure I'll be in this truck for a while.

I had a great experience renewing my lease! Vitali was so patient and informative! He didn't pressure me to upgrade or do anything I wasn't comfortable with. He's very friendly and the best person I've worked with at tropical ford! I recommend him to everyone coming into the store!
