The staff are really helpful and amicable. There are restaurants in the same parking lot. The beds are comfy. The thing I hated was that I have really good hearing so, I could hear people going in and out of the rooms, the semi trucks pulling in and out of the lot, and all of the freeway activity. They said it was the cheapest place around--not bad for $90 or so. I'm happy with my stay.

If you want to nit pick everything you can but the room was clean and yes it did smell a little like cigarettes but turn the air on and it's gone breakfast was coffee and bagels. But if you want a big breakfast the ihop is close enough to walk. Internet can be slow at times staff is friendly and they do have a shuttle van. CDL rate $55 they do have truck parking. It's usually full by about 9pm local time. To get the fifth star they need to remodel the bathroom and really really needed to put R30 installation in the walls if your neighbors are having a "good time" your gonna have to listen. That goes for your up stairs neighbor as well.

Rooms are newly remodeled and clean. Beds are soft, not hard like most would be. Several gas stations and restaurants near by. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is truly awesome, the graveyard front desk girl was so nice to us & very helpful. The rooms were clean & all beautifully remodeled! They offer continental breakfast with fresh coffee, have a beautiful pool & jacuzzi. They also have a free shuttle service , our driver Paula was very friendly & quite pleasant to be around.We definitely will come back next time we are in Phoenix

I wish these were apartments 'inn'stead of hotels. It's hands down the first place to choose. The beds are extremely comforting, you'd be irritated if your alarm went off. Although it may be right next to the freeway, its completely sound proof. The pool is pleasantly satisfying to just stare at, and swim in. The rooms are spacious & always spotless. I recommend this hotel for every trip you take !

Motel is not to bad, for the cost, it's actually more than you're expecting. Rooms are remodeled, new furniture, new beds, new carpets, the office is remodeled and I have a feeling the whole motel is going through a remodeling process. Pro about this motel is their are businesses in front for fast food. And easy access to the highway. Definitely worth the cost and stay, Very Nice And non-noisy

stayed in the Traveler inn was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We liked the location very much. The service people everywhere were very nice and polite. We liked the breakfast very much. Rooms are clean. Bathroom are great clean no complaints.. had a great time with family.. heard they're going through a remodeling, new carpet and everything. It's Fantastic.

Travelers Inn Phoenix was better than I expected. The only complain I have is that it smelled a bit like cigarettes even though we got a non-smoking room. But everything else was good. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The breakfast was a nice edition but don't expect a full hot breakfast. They have fresh fruit, oatmeal, danish, yogurt, cereal, coffee, milk and juice. I liked the breakfast. Overall it was a good stay.
