I went there to fix an issue that was previously fixed three times at another dealership and I was agreeably surprised by the employees kindness and professionalism as well as by the fair prices of the repairs done on my Hyundai. Keep up the good work Transitowne and thank you.

Brought in my 2011 Sonata because it had a recall notice. It took them no time at all to fix the problems, and as a bonus they changed my oil for me. Staff was INCREDIBLE. If I ever have a problem with my car in the future, I'll certainly be going through them!

I started bringing my old Elantra here for service when I moved to WNY. Even though I didn't purchase the car from them, they often went out of their way to help. Service prices were reasonable or covered under warranty. When it came time for a new car, it was an easy decision to stick with Hyundai and Transitowne. Dealerships can get bad reps, but this one has overall been a good experience for me.

Great sells team brad got me approved when no one else could even though my credit was challenged high interest but expected when your subprime giving two stars due to the fact the car i was approved for was missing some features as advertised however love the vehicle i chose hope I get longevity out of it as I expect to thanks transitowne for helping me to reestablish my credit

Customer service was terrible. Wanted to waste my time . I walked out wouldn't work with me. Sure enough the next day they called me and were willing to work out a deal. It was to late I went to Toyota and bought a new truck and it was sitting in my driveway.

I recently purchased a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from Jerry who was excellent and highly recommend. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and kept me informed with a smooth transition up to the closing of the sale where he introduced Chris in financing who was also very nice, professional and assisted me with completing the purchasing of my new vehicle.

I took my 2012 Elantra in for service and needed a new sunroof. Amazingly, the company paid for the part with me just paying for labor (my warrantee was up). While they had it in the shop I asked to have them detail the inside and believe me it really needed it but I could never find the time. Well when I picked up my car and opened the door I thought I was getting in the wrong car. It looked brand new!!! They even washed and waxed the outside. Amazing detail work. I highly recommend this location. And the service there has always been the best. No hassles, convenient appointments, and great people who work there.
