Been going here for almost 15 years and they always go above and beyond. I've never even thought about going anywhere else and I'll allways tell my friends to go here. Thanks for amazing service

I went to Custom Radio to have Bluetooth installed in my car and it was an all around great experience. Friendly and informative staff and very competitive prices. The 2 gentlemen also stayed almost 2 hours past close to make sure my Bluetooth was working exactly as advertised. The unit they installed at first had a minor button feature that wasn't working correctly. I told them this was not a big deal (and I suspected it was just my phone that was causing the problem) but those guys went the extra mile to completely reinstall a different unit which then worked fine. I would highly recommend this store and its staff

Big ups to Chris from Custom Radio for helping me out with my 2011 Silverado. If it wasn't for him and the rest of the guys I coulda screwed up my truck. Thanks again Chris this is much appreciated. Spread the word and take your vechicles to Custom Radio!

Awesome staff!! Lex went out of her way to explain things I had questions on, very knowledgeable and easy to talk toTyler thanks for re-wiring some of the boxes to be able to listen to them! Mike and Lex, I appreciate you guys staying over an hour after close while my tints were being finished, they look awesome! I'll be back in the next week to have you guys upgrade my horrible stock stereo!! Anyone looking for a high quality tint job with the customer service to match, go see these guys!

Everyone there was really nice and professional. The salesman that help me out (Bill) was extremely helpful and was able to get me what I needed and didn't try to sell me something just for the sake of making a sale and I appreciated that. I am a very happy customer!

Was very pleased with my service. I had a friend of mine who I thought new what he was doing. Turns out he didn't. I'm glad I took my truck into a place where they stand behind their work and who they are especially when you tell them that you want to premote them. Unfortunately they weren't able to get my system hooked up today however they ordered the correct parts for my truck and even though it was a little pricey I know the job will be done correctly and it'll sound amazing vs not having good sound at all. Highly recommend

I have used custom radio for both car starters and car audio for multiple vehicles. The staff has always taken the time to answer my many questions and the installs were always professional. I will continue to use them in the future and recommend you do too.

The customer service was fantastic. I have had radios installed and remote car starters installed in two of my vehicles. I came in for a scheduled appointment to have my car starter looked at and the associates greeted me right away and started to trouble shoot with the remotes. The remotes were fortunately covered under warranty and I received two new remotes for my car starter. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Custom Radio and would recommended them to anyone!
