Once this team sells/leases you a new truck that has issues, they want nothing to do with you. I was told to make an appointment for the SECOND time to get an issue fixed (water leaking inside my truck and was not fixed the first time we brought it in) then, when we went in to drop the car off they didn't have us down for an appointment. When we called with another issue (mailed in a check for registration but never received it) they say they will call you back in 10-15 minutes but had to call back 3 hours later. They never follow through with what they say and good luck getting a hold of anyone. Beyond disappoint and outraged. Don't waste your time going here.

Awful. If i could give 0 stars I would. Bought a used car (I know, its a used car) and in 6 months have had to spend around $2000 to fix it up. It shut off while driving 45mph on a busy road! When I called the used car manager to tell him about all the problems, his response and attitude was uncaring, rude, and unprofessional. Whats even worse, I had an issue with the suspension, took it in for an oil change, and not a word was said about the problem!! So much for the complimentary 16 point inspection with oil change. My girlfriend was going to purchase a Jeep and will be steering clear of this place. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere
    else!

Wish I could give a zero ratings but it won't let me. Anyways I will start from the beginning. I found the car on car guru went to go check it out there after giving it a test drive and talking about the car. The car was poorly detailed so we asked if it can be done again due to there being French fries under the seat and many stains on the seats our sales rep Molly stated she would get it taken care of. There were also many scratches and chipped paint on the body of the car and she stated to us that she would get that taken care of as well so then we started to negotiate. We came up with an agreement that if she were to knock off 1000 off the car and take care of the other issues would we buy it and we agreed so we put the money down. We come in a few days later checked out the car again and still the detail on the inside was the same and the scratches were still on the outside. She said she would have them follow up with us to bring it in to get that taken care of. We then go to finalize on the car with the financial manager and the price was never dropped it ended up costing us way more than what we had agreed upon. We told the financial guy that it was supposed to be 1000 less when he called molly in she stated that she never said that. With all frustration we said forget it and went on with the deal. We then went back out to molly to state we want these issues with the car taken care of. A few days later we get a call to bring the car in so that the scratches could be taken care of. I pulled the car over to the body shop and talked to the man inside he told me that the car would have to be there for a few days I stated that that's fine I just need something to use to get back and forth to work he told me to go speak to molly. When explaining to me what he had to do with the car he stated that there was no way buffing and waxing the car would take care of the issues. That it can be done if he took both bumpers off sanded them down and painted it. I was okay with what he had to do. When we went in to talk to molly we stated that we needed a rental to use until the car was done she stated it shouldn't take that long went back to talk to someone came back up and said the car would be ready by 5pm. When I came back later the car was in the same condition. Even if buffing and waxing was done it didn't look like it. The car was not even washed. I am highly disappointed in the way we were treated the car looks like as if I bought it off of a private seller. It doesn't feel like a new car in anyway. I had many friends and family that are looking to get a new car and I would never in my life recommend Transit town on transit in Williamsville. With the amount of money this car is costing me and the amount I put down I would have atleast wanted it to feel like a new car. Very disappointing.

Just traded in the Mitsubishi we bought from this dealership and found the value was significantly less than expected because the dealer ran a Carfax check and found that it had been in an accident before we bought it. That was not disclosed when we bought it. In addition, we were told the balance of the mfg. warranty would carry over over to us turned out to be untrue. Very untrustworthy dealership.

I was a first time car buyer, and just looking at if I was getting the best deal for a car that I wanted at a different dealership. I called Transitowne, and Brain was the first person I spoke with, he told me to come in because he has a few cars that I might be interested in. When I walked in I met Brian, and he gave me over to Mike. Mike is hands down one of the best car salesman!! I had an amazing experience with Mike, he reassured me of everything, got me a good deal on both my car and my trade-in, and he was very nice throughout the whole processes. Needless to say it was an easy decision to buy my car from Mike! I bought my car in May of 2017 for myself for graduating college, and I love it!! Best decision of my life! Thanks again Mike!

Wow Transitowne Dodge on transit Rd in Williamsville knows how to treat customers! Made an appointment to have recall service done on my Jeep a week in advance, when I got there they told me that my parts were back ordered. . I had made special arrangements at work so I could get there on time never knowing that my parts were not in or even needed to be ordered. Apparently they don't inform you that your parts are back ordered and not in. Spoke to the service manager to about it and he told us that that is not there policy to tell customers that their parts are back ordered. The service manager (I'll call him "Richard Cranium") was very confrontational and could care less about me wasting my time. He told me and I quote "maybe I should go to West Herr and have my vehicle serviced there". Had they told me I need parts ordered, I could have simply called the morning of the appointment and checked to see if they had them yet and avoided this. No wonder I have purchased 6 out of 7 Chrysler products at other dealerships and stopped going there even for free oil changes!

Very interesting dealership not like any other. The dealerships warranty on parts and labor if you have your car fixed there is second to none. Their top mechanic Michael Mussachio is totally awesome, and extremely knowledgeable. This is the go to destination to purchase or repair your vehicle. What they lack on frills they make up on muscle. Don't expect a hug and kiss when you walk through the door, expect a team of people who are proud to stand by there product.

Overall experience wasn't good. Sales guy was trying to rush through everything. Truck had TPMS faults and sales guy attempted to dismiss issue like it was no big deal. Took truck back to have it repaired again and issue returned again and I just gave up and had it fixed right elsewhere. Jack was missing from truck and took forever to finally get. Just no sense of urgency on their part to make things right vs making excuses for everything that was wrong. Won't shop for a vehicle let alone have one repaired there again. Issues and excuses seemed to be business as usual with them.

Just picked up my new 2017 Ram from there. Service was great! The wait for financing was long (due to only one person working the finance office so it was understandable.) They lowered my payments and threw in a free bedliner for waiting. Awesome experience and definitely will be coming back for future vehicles!

I love coming here. Whether it's just to get an oil change or watch some beautifuland I mean beautifulcustomer vs mechanic showdowns in the service department. Nice, comfy waiting area and they always have doughnuts. Never had a bad mechanical service experience.
