When I first signed up, the rep was kinda rude which left me with a negative vibe about this place. But then when I went back on a different day to check on my stuff, I met Rebekka. She was the nicest person and super friendly! I'd give her 10stars if I could. Ask for Rebekka if you ever stop in at this location.

A shout out to Joe who turns my angry day into a happy day! he was professional and super helpful. I had reserved a space at U haul with a credit card and they rented it out from under me! leaving me in the lurch and desperate to find a place for my items that had to be moved that day. All things happened for a reason! I found Public Storage and it was much nicer, cleaner and more secure than when I had my previous reservation , so despite the headache I am thrilled with how things ended up!! Thanks Joe!

Both staff members I interacted with were informative and helpful. Straight forward rental agreement with standard insurance(thats required by the company, not the office) is the most affordable in the immediate area. Facility is very clean and the staff is in tune with what is going on so I know my property will be secure.
