  Waiting in the cold isn't fun - especially if the train is late!

  Small Station, Many times the station is not open so no amenities,bathroom. and stuff of the like. Often you just wait by the station tracks for the train.

  This locale looks scary. The city needs to put in CCTV and make the area look more warm and welcoming. Because it's a train station this is the first place international tourists will see. How embarrassing

  Cold out station closed. Show up early. Why? To freeze my ass off. Doesn't make me want to visit Buffalo again

  It's a bit hard to find if you're not from the area, way finding is very poor. The facility itself needs much love.
  However the staff was nice.
