The Counter Sales Rep was friendly. The other worker loaded boxes into the bed of my truck for me, too. Over all a nice staff.

Friendly, and willing to work off the clock at a discount however you get what you pay for. On one occasion they wired my trailer lights wrong and installed the wrong end fitting. I was out of state before I noticed, and it took me hours to figure it out myself. A professional should have known better. On another occasion they broke free a welded nut on my bumper frame when they attempted to install a trailer hitch. Perhaps an impact wrench was the wrong way to go. They told me to see a garage to fix the problem as they could no longer install the hitch with the bolt stuck in the frame. I will never go there again.
