I stayed at the Tranquility bay with my husband and kids. We had an amazing stay! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is a tiki bar, restaurant and a couple pools, along with some activities for the kids that kept us entertained the whole time we were there. We can't wait to come back!

The place is gorgeous- it’s a bit of a neighborhood feel, which I ended up loving. The rooms or apartments of all sizes are Caribbean perfection. We were there as a couple but I saw mostly families. Now I want to plan family time there also. Couldn’t ask for a better place!

Our stay here was wonderful. Fair price for what is offered! Two story private beach house with multiple bath and bedrooms. Private kitchen. Immaculate grounds and rooms. Two good size pools — much bigger than what you’ll find on Key West. Huge private beach with a tiki bar on a point jutting out into the ocean. Jet skis and other water sports available to rent without having to leave the resort. Will be coming back again sometime soon and bringing others.

Really enjoyed our stay at Tranquility Bay Beachfront Hotel. We had a 3 bedroom & 2.5 baths waterfront villa. Loved the open floor layout of downstairs, very airy. Loved the decks overlooking the water. Loved the master bedroom brightness
My only complaint which happened to be a big deal for me was the washer & dryer. The dryer was not cleaned well. The dryer should be vacuumed each time the villa is cleaned.

Otherwise everything was great! We will return next year.

If anybody is looking for great deals for hotel rooms head to ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a resort on there and they had the best prices any where!

Beautiful resort. Tropical Garden View room was spacious and very clean. This resort is very well maintained inside and out. Grounds, pool and beach area were clean and very inviting. We will definitely be returning.

Very peaceful and serene area! Very awesome sunsets and view of the ocean, lots of palm trees, white sand beaches. Good food, good drinks, one of the best restaurants on the island! Jet ski rentals and so much more to do! Beautiful turquoise ocean waters surrounding the resort. Private pools, ocean front beach rooms. Ocean swimming area. Fishing pier and many more.

Great rooks with great views. Initially booked to stay at a nearby resort which was a disaster. Quick search led me to Tranquility Bay and I couldn't have been happier. From the friendly staff to the beautiful rooms they saved my mini vacation!

The resort is beautiful, the pools were sparkling clean and the beach sand a real paradise. The food at both the Tiki Bar and the Butterfly Inn was yummy, expensive but worth a splurge. Miguel at the front desk was professional, charming and very accommodating. A real asset to the Resort as this was our first time there and he left an outstanding first impression. The only reason I hesitated to give this resort 5 stars is because the swimming beach was covered in Sagasso grass that had blown up onto the sand. We would have had to push through at least 12 feet of the slimy stuff on the beach to get to the water. When I asked at the front desk I was told that they were very proud of their grass. I'm from Fl I know that in a small matter of time that will be a smelly, buggy mess. Because of the recent hurricanes and the clean up that is still going on in the Keys I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
Bottom line is this a beautiful facility with top service.

The views and private beach are amazing. The 3 BR Beachfront home was very roomy for our party of five.

The kitchen had enough for basic meal prep, but nothing elaborate.

Beds and linens were quite nice.

Underneath the beautiful surface, this place is screaming for maintenance - watch out for rusty and sharp keepers on patio doors, sharp nails in the deck boards, as an example.

NOT boat or fish friendly, which is quite odd in the Keys!

Nice, but overpriced. The rooms were nice, but dated and beat up (multiple broken floor tiles and the showers looked old and discolored). The full kitchen and living room is a big plus. The beach is a solid D, small and a lot of dead smelly grass on the sand for the entire week we stayed. Had to go to the front desk a few times to get items housekeeping did not replace in our room. For $450-$595 per night plus a $27 daily resort fee I would expect this place to be a little more premium, but it was spring break time. The grounds are very nicely kept and I would give them a solid A there. The pools are also very well kept.

I can only speak as to the beautiful outside features. As I didnt stay there or had the opportunity to dine there.
But, the sculptured landscaping with everything in its perfect spot is wonderful. I enjoy just looking at the photo's I took of the place.

Awful. We couldn't even get there because we went from 2 to 5 kids. Agent told me we would be kicked out if we showed up with 7 people. Situation changed at the last minute. No refund possible she said. You can reserve another $350 room she said.as long as someone over 25 is in there?!? Ya it'll be fine. My wife and I will just sleep in different rooms for our vacation?!?!? So pissed off.

They need to hire a better photographer, this place is amazing. The grounds and villas are second to none. Each one has it's own full kitchen, washer dryer, porches and TV with DVD player (movie night!). They actually have a respectable amount of beach mixed with a huge lawn that all the villas face. Can't wait to come back: hitting the Publix down the street on my way in and shacking up for the week.
