Not sure what their angle is but low balling is certainly a thing they do

Said they tightened the rod in my guitar neck and it wouldn't budge but no dust purposely left on there was touched leaving me to believe they're not close with the owner or not the original owners of the store.

Definitely amusing to see their posture change when declining the sale, which made this go above one star as they're painfully unaware their back end is covered by thin walls and I could literally hear every word they said by the wire section around the left of the counter which I even mentioned to the guy who I tried to sell my guitar to. 50 bucks for a 94' strait.

Edit: since I didn't have the tool for the neck I had a friend do it, it's literally loose 😂 definitely avoid this shop

Ripped off for good vintage pieces of kit while being talked down to like I was scum of the earth/untrustworthy

This would be a non issue if it didn't happen every single time, more than a dozen visits/sales over

Extremely awkward experience was looking for input on drumsticks for my son on a quiet Wednesday afternoon. The person helping me would barely look or talk to me and I had to suggest that the other person could help me after he was done with what he was doing. The salesperson was only too happy to oblige and immediately disappeared. I was left standing around clueless.

This place is pretty cool. I've passed by a few times on Alberta and stopped inside to check it out. Since I'm not currently practicing any instruments, I didn't have any need to buy anything, but if I ever pick back up on music study, either for theory or actually playing, I know this would be a good place to visit. Service is nice and they have a lot to offer.

Good store! It was in it that I bought my son his first guitar in life! He will remember this forever.
