  Just had guitar setup done. Perfectly done. Took 10 days which is understandable to to the work they work and the amount of it. Matt and the people at the repair shop are top notch. I will ALWAYS bring my precious guitars over there. Been dealing with them since 1992.

  Wow! If you like playing musical instrument for creating, you are going to have a burst of excitement being inside the store. Every one of the instruments were calling me to play it. So I made some music, care-free. And once I started, it was hard to stop. Great staffs too. Gave me great recommendations and insights in my desired instrument. Learn some new skills not commonly found from self learning. Would come again but more concern if I may just stay and play all the instruments.

  The amount of instruments this place has is incredible! Everything was clean and well managed. I don't tend to spend money at a music store so I can't really say much on prices, but the variety of instruments is nice to see. The staff were very friendly as well and checked on me frequently.

  Milano Music is the place to be, whether you’re a professional musician or a student just starting lessons — it’s a huge, fun, well-stocked store with something for every level of talent. I’d called in advance to discuss the availability of a new guitar model, and when I walked through the door, I was instantly welcomed with a smile and taken to afficionado Johnny, who patiently helped me from start to finish, answering every question, giving me ample time to hear the instrument in a quiet space, and offering honest input anytime I requested it. There’s no better feeling than supporting a family-owned store that’s earned a sterling reputation over 76 years in the business, and it blows away the local competition, with quality service before and after a sale.

  We love this place for all things percussion, string, and keyboards.
  
  This place is a destination spot for music instruments and gear. You literally cannot find a larger store or selection in AZ, and possibly in the Western United States.
  
  The store is so huge it has departments staffed with individuals musically trained and very knowledgeable in their section. Any questions are answered with solid guidance and information. Their suggestions and recommendations are very helpful and never pushy. Also, they are generally very friendly, even when your kids are messing with the high end equipment and instruments.
  
  They also teach lessons (fee) and fit instruments to each individual who purchases from them.
