A gem of a music store. I'm so happy they're around.. this is truly one of my "happy places." Whether I'm picking up guitar strings, or saw a cool instrument in the window and wanna try it out, I will find any excuse to come here.

Excellent selection with great a staff that leaves you alone to diddle and fiddle with all the guitars..not like that other big name place where the sales people are always on your tip

Paradise on earth exists. Gentle, welcoming, available people, and so many guitars, accessories and instruments. And prices are ok too. Chairs available to enjoy , make some noise. Wanted to buy a Gator case, but was disrupteddefinitely the equivalent of Strands for guitars ?

The great variety of instruments, the fact that you can enter in different departments and play all the instruments to staff is very friendly and welcoming, especially Trinity. A representative of the store/ a sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable in her on right. She made the experience even more great making it easy to make a purchased. Thank you very much, Trinity. 👍🏾❤️🎸.

My favorite music store in NYC! I always look for what I find. The people who work there are super friendly, they always have a good disposition and it is also good to know that they have used equipment in case you cannot buy the new ones. It’s a really big store with different rooms and instruments. I love it!!! My dogs are always welcome in the store too!
