They were punctual, respectful, and efficient! My carpet looks so much better. Ashley was incredibly nice and knowledgeable and gave me quotes on some other things I've been thinking of cleaning. I would definitely recommend bluegrass cleaning!

Wow!! I was truly amazed at the way the carpets came out! I had never seen this type of cleaning before and was a little skeptical but Ashley was super knowledgeable about the process and put my mind to ease. The stains literally disappeared while I watched. We did exactly as she said and allowed to dry before vacuuming. The dirt came right out! No watering down the stains into the carpet! Will definitely be using again!

Great service from the initial phone call to the finished job.
We recently moved to Lexington and engaged Bluegrass Company for area rugs cleaning based on previous reviews.
The service was professional, courteous, timely and respectful to the home they were visiting.

Ashley and Mikael were phenomenal. They were so pleasant to work with, did an outstanding job, and were professional at all times. Our carpets take a lot from our dogs and they are very difficult to keep clean, but now that Bluegrass Cleaning Company has provided services, our home has never been cleaner!
