This place has been taking good care of my vehicle for the better part of almost a decade. Oil changes are fast, and if they don't seem fast enough -- there's a lounge area, movie theater, food area.. the list goes on.

We have been doing service and buying cars from Toyota of Tampa Bay for 15 years. We have a Highlander and a Camry and the service is always reliable and professional. Josh Fuller has always been a pleasure to work with. He is friendly, knowledgeable and tries to help us to make sure all our concerns are addressed. I am always treated well and is always informed about the stages of the work done on our vehicle. He is definitely an asset to your company. The Service dept is great. Fast and friendly personnel, great hours too. I can go before or after work. Pricing is fair and easy to understand and I was able to get a quick clarification on what they recommended in a few minutes. I would definitely get my car serviced here in the future.

Great experience! Eveyone was so helpful! I went in there expecting to buy a 2017 Toyota Camry but because I am a recent college grad (graduated April 2017) I was able to use that special and buy a brand new ruby flare 2018 Toyota Camry for a very good price with close to no interest; all this while being a first time car buyer! Tampa Bay Toyota was truly a blessing from God and I will recommend Tampa Bay Toyota a million times plus if given the opportunity! Thank you Tampa Bay Toyota!

This was the third Bay Area Toyota dealership I visited and after some of the high-pressure tactics I experienced at the other two, I was not very optimistic about trying a third. Then I had the pleasure of being introduced to JP Pabon - an outstanding sales rep at Toyota of Tampa Bay. Being in sales myself for the last 20 years, I don't throw out compliments lightly. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and he delivered on his promises. The process was amazing and I can't thank him enough. I was able to purchase a beautiful 2018 Avalon for my fiance and I made a friend in the process. Thank you JP and thank you to the rest of the staff as well!

Toyota of Tampa Bay what a great place to buy Car or Truck, They treat you very well from getting you something to eat to helping you pick out your dream car . Everyone at the Dealership treats you so good. But my salesman Tony C. Has a great heart with customers he's like a Brother you wish you had looks out for you on concerns making sure you get the best deal. And he did just that I'm very happy with my 2017 Tacoma. Thanks again Toyota I will be sending friend's and hope all of you out there stop in and save on what you want.

Very nice customer service, open very early for service.

On the other hand, brought my car for a airbag recall a month ago and after a week of having my car they still didn't have the parts so I got my car back and had to call to know if the parts (airbags) were available again so I could get the service done. I would have liked them to be honest last time about not having the parts but I guess they have their reasons, although they didn't explained why they still schedule the service appointment if parts were not available or on back order. They did provide me with a cost free rental car for the week they had my car, in this case a brand new truck.

That's the reason for giving this place 4 stars.

Overall a very positive experience. JIM ALEX is a true professional whose knowledge is second to none. He asks the right questions and gives you time to answer. He then takes his time and lets you make your own decisions then helps you out with whatever is required. I can't say enough good things about both JIM ALEX @ TOYOTA OF TAMPA BAY. The no haggling is great and the posted price is reasonable and fair. This is the second vehicle I've bought @ TOYOTA OF TAMPA BAY and I think that I will continue to use them as long as I'm alive. Buying a car is not longer a pain, but almost a pleasure.

I love this dealership. Mainly because of my service rep Josh Fuller. It's always a pleasure to do business with him for the last 5 years. He takes good care of me and my car. He's polite, professional and patient.

The overall experience is pleasant. The place is spotless. They also have a cafe which serves breakfast and lunchyummy. Free coffee and a cinema upstairs.

If you are looking for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, then you need to go down to Toyota of Tampa Bay. Alan Brodsky was my salesman. He made my first car buying experience AMAZING. I am from South Georgia, and I knew what I wanted and family had been buying from Alan and pointed me in his direction. I called and told him what i wanted and he had my 2017 Camry waiting at the door when I got there and it was absolutely perfect. Everyone there was very nice. I would HIGHLY recommend Toyota of Tampa Bay. EXCEPTIONAL, THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND.

Even though I bought my car from them 2 1/2 years ago, they still reach out to me every now and again to make sure that my car is OK. I've received calls on my birthday just to wish me happy birthday. And recently I got a call from them explaining that my dashboard was under a warranty recall and if I wanted to bring my car in to have it replaced. I think the customer service is outstanding and the fact that they called me to see if I wanted to have my car repaired at no charge was extremely courteous. .

My story is pretty long but I'll (try to) spare you most of the details I am a working single father of two, my car was on death's door, my options were limited due to my credit history, and my budget is pretty modest. After WEEKS of going to shady buy-here pay-here dealerships and being offered extremely high payments for older higher mileage cars I was become more and more disappointed, not to mention all of the damage they were causing to my credit from inquiries Yesterday (4/27/2017), out of curiosity I stopped by my local Toyota dealership after work. There I met Sammy, who I believe is in the wrong field because he should be a therapist, he made all of my fear and anxiety go away after weeks of stress and worry I hate the entire process of buying cars, but Sammy made the everything straight forward, no haggling necessary, and anytime we ran into a snag he calmly navigated us around it. The whole experience even with the gentleman in finance (Robert?) was so easy and pleasant, it was so unbelievable I had tears in my eyes. I am more than satisfied with the car that I was sold and will go out of my way to recommend the dealership to my friends and family or whoever is looking to buy a car. I am so upset that I wasted so much time, money and energy going around and even out of town when I this place was right in my own backyard Also my kids LOVE the car and have already started mashing food into the seats Thank you so much guys, especially to Sammy.
