The place was packed, which is normal for a Friday. Bring a charged tablet with a book or a game because it took me 2 hours and 8 minutes (door in to door out) to get my Driver's license after I had lost mine. My cashier was fast and to the point. No bonus star because they lack in friendliness. Place smells like weed. Usually a line for the men's room.

Crystal at post #14 was awesome. I went for a name change. Even though I was missing a document, she waited until someone dropped it off to me instead of making me start over in the queue. Super helpful & so happy I made an appointment.

I am always pleasantly surprised by how they manage to serve as many people as they do. Their new facility is a vast improvement over their former one, and much larger. It still gets crowded, but they are able to handle the crowds more effectively and efficiently. Thanks!

Nice location. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes takes forever, other times it's fast. The people behind the counter don't seem to know what they're doing 80% of the time.

Got here on a Friday at noon. After a two and a half hour wait I have still not been called. I'm just here to get a replacement license. They eitherdon't have enough workers to cover on such a high volume day, or they don't care enough to hire more. Either way; the fact that there are a number of stations unoccupied due to lack of employees is causing everyone to have to wait longer. People have other things to do and our time is valuable. Hire more people! No excuse to have ten open stations during a high volume day.

Uhhh best place in Tampa to people watch and hang out. Cold A/C. Comfy seats. Deputy on duty so it feels extremely safe. Met a nice young lady drinking out of a gallon jug. Staff is superb. Friendly people waiting. Good to see a government office actually working. Where else can you renew your drivers license, license plate sticker, fishing license and gun permit whilst paying your property taxes? Can't think of a place? Well visit the North Tampa Tax Collectors office and wah lah, like magic you are a tax paying citizen renewed and ready for years to come being legit AF. I was actually sad when the gallon jug lady left, and then I had to leave Well I'll be back for sure. 💯

I waited approximately 30 minutes, which I expected to pay taxes. The customer rep was very helpful and kind. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because there was a lot of garbage outside. I really wish they would put up signs to tell customers to respect anywhere they are to USE trashcans provided anywhere you go! There should be a big fine to be so trashy and not care about your environment. Come on people care about beauty of your environment! And no I am not an earth nut that hugs trees. I just was raised to respect not trashing places. A little kindness goes a long way too!
