Great place to stay! Highly recommend staying at this hotel. The staff was very professional and friendly. Jordan was Awesome, professional and friendly, she gave very good recommendations for places to check out or eat at. I will definitely stay at the hotel again next time I'm back in Texas!

We don't expect the sun and the moon from a place like this, but I do feel that we could have gotten a better hotel for the same price after staying here. It's an older building that hasn't had stellar upkeep. We arrived after a long trip around 1am, prime time for falling into bed immediately, but the "ready" room for us had questionable oily stains on the fitted sheet AND hair underneath the fitted sheet that was easily visible. We were given another room down the hall. The comforter this time had yellow stains, the fridge did not work, and the AC didn't work properly. We were EXHAUSTED and decided to just go to bed. Housekeeping did not replace the stained comforter that we set out separately - they put it back on the bed! FROM THE FLOOR. I would not stay here again. The staff we did meet were kind and accommodating, but it's apparent the management and higher ups of the building do not care about the customer experience.

Always a good experience here. Great staff, clean/comfortable rooms. Plenty of restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. Highly recommend.

I worked here at this Marriott and the manger Janet is racist toward black people and this hotel has bed bugs and in all the rooms and has rats in the attic and they don't change the sheets so people please don't stay at this hotel this is a nasty hotel and they are rude I worked there so I know what's going on in the hotel and the manager Janet would brided her employees with money and food to do other peoples job and they have roaches and all that I have pics to prove it and they are really disrespectful and the head bosses don't care so please dont stay thee or their all of people say that management is not nice and that's true cuz she don't even care about the guest or her own employees and that's sad.

Not very good. Needs a remodel, for the bathrooms. First room had moldy caulking in the bathroom, changed rooms the next day because they had no other rooms available, bathroom then had a crack in the tub and an apparent blood smear on the tub surround. I have stayed at newer Townplace Suites that were very nice. Probably won't chance it again since I often travel for a week at a time, too late to get another hotel that's anywhere nearby. Front desk staff was very accommodating, offered extra reward points for my trouble, but not sure when I would pick another Marriott property after this one.

Myself and my whole family were extremely impressed with TownPlace Suites in Bedford. My Grandfather recently stayed there almost 2 weeks and the staff was the most friendly and helpful staff we have ever seen. The whole staff went above and beyond in making him feel safe and comfortable and cared for during his stay and relocation to live in this area. He has slight dementia and is very forgetful and the staff treated him as if he was their very own Grandfather with such love and patience. The breakfast hostess Cindy made sure he received his breakfast every morning. The assistant manager Ling was awesome as was Heather and all the other staff. We will be forever grateful for the care.
