The suite we stayed in was a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. And, it was very large. Friendly staff. Cereal bars, instant oatmeal and coffee for breakfast.

Decent hotel, over priced for the quality. Odd smells on the hotel and rooms. Decent hotel if you won't be spending much time in the room.

Rude and actually would not take us because of a 7 year felony. This place carries the most traffic and rates are much higher now and they need a $125 dollar deposit you get that back after they inspect the room and they are pickey so be careful on the carpet

Was given the wrong room upon arrival . Then moved to another the next day as by them. This room had bed bugs everywhere. I tried to mention that I’d like a refund but nobody was at attention of the night shift. I waited until morning and asked for a difference in my stay for my other 2 days remaining. Manager checked the room and said none were visible but i sand there with bite marks all over that were visible. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Just checked in for a one week stay poolside room is clean and accommodations seem to be simple
Not too crazy about the pet deposit but it's whatever. .
Always looking for Reasonable rates like Extended Stay America.

Location is great for Six Flags, Cowboys Games, & Rangers games. Front desk service was great. Rooms and noise at night were not the best.

Friends and I booked two different rooms. Both non smoking rooms either smelled from a failed attempt to clean something up or smoke. Although room price wasn't bad, we got what we paid for.

Very poor maintenance of the room and property. Asked for early check in never even got a response. Had to wait 3 different times to check into my roomroom was spacious but Tub did not drain

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I have nothing but good things to say! The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean, spacious and full of amenities including free wi-fi. And the price is much less than similar hotels. High Value!

U better not even leave a crumb of rice out because the bugs will appear in droves. Nasty place, hallways smell of urine, and manager Katelyn is very rude and did not make me feel very welcome as she said "if I did not like it there, I could GO STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE". I stayed at this place for over 30 days And am very glad to have relocated to the BEDFORD LOCATION which is 10 times nicer than this poorly managed dump!

Room was so hot. The a.c. didn't work and their response was open a window! Shuttle was a complete disaster too, we ended up walking to the Cowboy stadium.
