Absolutely worst service possible. I didn't even check into my room without staff yelling at mesimply because their credit card machine wouldn't work. Then i was told to go get cash. They had NO AC. WHY WOULD I WANT TO STAY?!? Horrible experience. Advertises free cancellation and upon me cancelling they still charged me $80!! SPEND THE FEW EXTRA BUCKS AND UPGRADE TO A SLIGHTLY BETTER HOTEL.
Honestly probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel, my fiancé and I walked in and sat on the bed, shortly after we sat down we felt itchy but didn’t think to much about it at first and then we pulled the sheets back and saw blood and hair on the sheets, it had an awful smell and it just seemed super sketchy. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The management was the worst, we asked for a refund do to the room being disgusting and he said he would only give half our money back, we were in the room maybe 5 or 10 minuets.
They don't serve breakfast. If you have association with Uta then this is the best place to stay
Dirty forniture, bathroom in bad conditions. Other hotels in Arlington have lower price and better conditions. Check the Internet
DONT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS. They are either done by the managers or their family members, because there is zero way this hotel could get more than one star. If I could give it zero stars. I would. Our visit was several years ago, but it's etched in my memory so clearly that I'm sure there has been little improvement. The manager is rude and gives off a shady vibe, the entire hotel is empty for most of the day and looks like it's used for less than savory purposes. My husband and I walked in to our room exhausted, but I was so terrified by how gross the room was, My husband had to bring in beach towels and jackets from our car and we laid the towels OVER the bedding and slept on top of them, using our jackets for blankets. We didn't bring in any of our other stuff from our car because we didn't want to get bugs in it, our shoes were kept next to our heads so we could put them on quickly and we left first thing the next morning in our pajamas and found a public restroom to get ready in because we felt safer and more comfortable in a McDonald's restroom, than we did in that hotel. Never Again. I wouldn't even recommend it to a homeless person because it's so disgusting. Humans, heck, dogs even deserve better than this place.
ZERO STARS!! No customer should ever have to go through the amount of rudeness and disrespect that man treated us with. We went to book a room for a later time, and he had a sign up at the front saying "working in the property, honk for service". Well we honked and he came, stayed outside the door asking "what do you want?" as rudely as possible whilst complaining to us that he needs to go back immediately and "DIDN'T YOU READ THE SIGN???" whenever we tried to talk to him. He disrespected my parents and has some kind of ego problem because whenever both my mom and dad tried to speak to him in turns he cut them off and got all angry saying he couldn't handle more than one person telling him the information. If you can't make a reservation two months in advance all you have to do is say so; you do NOT need to be yelling at our faces and trying to kick us out because you're "busy" when all we needed was five minutes. I'm pretty sure this guy is not the owner because no one in their right mind would treat a customer in such an aggressively rude way if they wanted business. It almost seemed like he was purposefully rude to drive business away from the establishment. He's a disgrace to our Indian community and culture that prioritizes being good hosts to guests of all kind with respect and humility. NEVER AGAIN!!
Clean and comfortable room, wonderful staff! Jody at the front desk and the shuttle driver were over the top fantastic. They were so pleasant that I was going to another destination but decided to just stay there for the remainder of my visit to TX. The breakfast was very tasty but could have used a little more "warm" selections but
Parkway inn is a great place to stay, being close to UTArlington campus is a huge advantage. Best time to go is during cowboys or rangers game. The rooms are very good and the service is top notch for the price. Very cheap compared to others. Would surely recommend others too!
Service was nicer than expected from reading the reviews, and rooms weren't all that bad. Could be a little cleaner but all in all a reasonable room for the price.
First off this room was the worst the guy at the front desk was trying to refuse a room switch because he choose to put me in a Rade room that had no locks on the doors front or conjoined room then he tried to put me in another police Rade room same no locks on doors. I see why for new years eve no one stayed there he finally showed me a room that had locks on the doors and I agreed to stay in that room. NEVER AGAIN
This hotel is the absolute worst. Don't believe the good reviews, they're probably written by the managers. There were cockroaches, mystery stains on the lamp shades, and an extremely filthy carpet on the outside. They only give you one key card and will charge extra if you ask for one more. The pool to the front of the motel is filled with grass. Furthermore, there are drug dealers across the street. I'd strongly recommend not staying here. Finally, the managers were extremely rude and unwelcoming. Worst hotel in Arlington, TX.
