  Great family-friendly hotel located near I-10 and some major shopping areas. Very convenient and right next to the police (didn't hear many sirens, however) station. Free breakfast every morning included a self-service waffle station, milk, cereal, eggs, yogurt, etc. The room had a kitchen, full-sized refrigerator, and sink along with two queen beds. Note - it is a pet-friendly hotel so if you're allergic, you may want to choose another hotel. Having said that, we didn't notice any signs of pets from previous owners in our room.

  The staff was top-notch, the building was clean and the room was great. The breakfast bar was okay. The pool was outdoors which we were told was heated. That ended up being wrong as we had two kids that ended up being a little disappointed. Also, the person closest to the air unit will soon discover the need for so many blankets. There's a plastic shield that directs the air right over the bed.

  My wife and I stayed there for 3 weeks while our home was being renovated. All of the staff (housekeeping, front desk, kitchen staff, maintenance, etc) were very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff (Daisy was one of them and I don't remember the others' names) ensured our room was very tidy and our supplies didn't run low. They were able to work around our dog who we kept kenneled while we were gone and expecting housekeeping to come in. Pool, grill pavilion, exercise room were all nice and convenient. Hot breakfast every day and dinner M-W were a great perk of staying there.

  We stayed here 2 years ago and liked it a lot. We decided to come back! Still great but our room sure smelled like someone smoked in it. We were too lazy to tell management about it, so I won't dock points there. Just warning people that people have smoked here before Not sure if they previous had smoking room or something.

  My family stayed here for almost a week! We had a blast, sometimes pictures on the website look good and you get to a place you get very disappointed. Not the case here. The staff were always nice and welcoming! The rooms are clean, fully functional, all around great. The breakfast was just as great hot and fresh eggs , waffles , cereal , oatmeal, sausage, fried potatoes , and great coffee !!!! Great place for a great price!!! We will stay again in the future.

  Very family orientated and friendly, excellent service including the front desk to room service. The breakfast is outstanding! I was stunned how delicious it was and close to entertainment (six flags, the Alamo, restaurants). Most defiantly will be returning!! Also The room was excellent for two guests.

  I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean. The shower wasn't amazing but it was a great place to stay

  Great little tucked away location. Service is friendly and efficient. Rooms are decently sized and tidy. Bathrooms work great. Definitely would recommend this place to others!!!

  Good location near businesses used during my visit. Staff very friendly, helpful. Amenities great. Free breakfast not outstanding but seemed to be well received by most guests. Quiet during the night. I would be glad to stay there again if I had to go back to San Antonio.
