Very clean the nicest people there , if you forgotten to pack something they have a little store inside the lobby where you can buy what you forgotten, going back there in February, Doctors appointment.

I booked this hotel because I was on vacation with my family. I gave it 5 stars mainly because the staff did an excellent job accommodating my family. The staff was very courteous and friendly. They have a computer set up to print out my boarding pass for free. The night I was leaving they gave me some cleaning supplies to clean out my rental and went out of their way to provide a roll away for extra accommodation. As far as the hotel itself, it is a bit dated but very clean. I do a fair amount of travel and they have one of the best workout rooms I have seen. Real weights and several treadmills and elliptical machine. Very very quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Newer public spaces makes this a good place to stay for business in the area. Rooms are a bit worn compared to some other Courtyard properties, but it's still a solid place to stay. Bar staff is attentive during and after happy hour, so that's pretty rad. I'd give it 5 stars, but I reserve my 5 stars for the best Courtyard.Springfield VA.shout out to Alex the bartender!

I stay here every few months for a couple of nights. The staff and service at the reception is excellent. They always have a game or contest going on - something they do above and beyond the Marriott rewards - it's always a fun thing.
The bistro is a nice option although I wish they had more vegetarian options
The hotel itself is a typical courtyard - a bit dated but clean enough for a business traveler

First of all let me start off by saying I really do love Marriott hotels! This hotel I would say is more 3.5 stars, but I didn't think they deserve 3 stars.
The hotel is a tad dated. There wasn't anything gross, but what I enjoy about Marriott is that they do a great job at making sure hotels stay updated and don't become run down. With this particular hotel it just seemed to be time to start updating.
I had problems checking in as well. My husband's name was on the reservation, and as his wife they wouldn't let me check in without him by my side. This seems a little wrong to me. (I used to work for Marriott so I know when they were saying it's a security and privacy issue, they are trying to protect our account.) But, I, as his wife, with ID with the same address and checking in with the credit card with the same number, just seems they were taking it too far. The girl who was checking me in was training, so I was not impatient with her. The manager came out and told me the same story though. He was kind about it, but didn't seem to appreciate that I wasn't rolling over to wait for my husband to arrive. Which, he wasn't going to be there, but the reservation was under our Marriott rewards account so it's a catch 22. Everything eventually got resolved, but I've never had this problem before and I should be able to share the Marriott account with my husband and not have to wait for him to check in for me.
Other than that, the stay was fine. The room was pretty good and everything went fine. No surprises and I got a great night's sleep.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others who would be staying in the area. It's a good hotel for a good price. Great beds!

We stayed here as part of a Sea World package. That being said we didn't spend a huge amount of time in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and beds were nice. Everything went well with the exception of a short stint without hot water which is just a fact of business. They had the repair complete shortly and there wasn't any real disruption in service. We did not get to use the pool or gym but both looked clean and very nice. The bistro staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Our breakfast each day was cooked to order and very good. Coffee was excellent and everyone was very nice. Neighborhood was pretty nice and although parking was a bit different I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. The bed and pillows were great. The housekeeping department deserves a pat on the back for their excellent service. I told two of the ladies it was the cleanest hotel I had ever stayed at. The food at the hotel restaurant was good!

An absolutely wonderful property. Perfectly placed, and convenient time all popular tourist attractions. The Bistro breakfast is tops! Staff us very friendly and accommodating.

Great lobby.
Above average fitness room.
Lovely outdoor courtyard.
Double queen room was clean and orderly.
The bathroom was a bit datedno good towel hooks, no place for shaving kit in the shower just little picky things.
Check in was easy.
I liked the integrated Starbucks concept with some surprisingly good food options.
Despite hundreds of middle school kids staying on property, the room was quiet enough to sleep.
The grounds are clean and well maintained, but are aging. The property is recessed and surrounded by hospital / medical buildings, so offers some seclusion and safety.
I did appreciate that it was an easy walk to several restaurant options, including Indian, Mexican, Burgers and Pizza.
Overall, very positive.

The hotel was located very close to the nearby medical centers. I arrived at the hotel late, and half of the parking lot was blocked by a locked gate. Because of this parking was very difficult. Check in was very easy and the room was clean and nice. The shower had plenty of warm water. Check out was smooth and easy. Overall it was a great experience.

Tara made our stay, during spring break, enjoyable and pleasant. Thank you for caring and all the small acts of kindness you showed me and my family (3/15-3/17-2017). We will definitely be staying at this location on our next visit to San Antonio.
