The staff at Townplace is very helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding areas the workers are friendly and very attentive to the needs of guests I noticed that the staff work together to accomplish tasks and I must say that the general manager Ms Jenny has a very bubbly personality greeting everyone daily helping guest and staff members anyway she can plus she does laundry she go above and beyond to ensure that everyone is comfortable and their needs are met she's an amazing person every business should be so lucky to have a person such as herself job well done Jenny and staff kudos to you all.

Ms Candae at the front desk said she do not check in anyone before 3. I kindly asked her of she could check with housekeeping and see of anything was available because it was almost 2 pm and I do know that it should have been at least one room ready. She began to explain to me that she doesn't bother housekeeping until 3. I understand that as a courtesy that could have been done but then I hear her stated if I had reservations she would have but that shouldn't have made an ounce of difference since I am still spending my money. Then when I finally checked in the room was ok but the tub was very nasty and I didn't notice until we returned from the hospital visiting my aunt the main reason we where here. I couldn't believe it but I made a whole video that I will post of the nasty tub and yes I will be contacting someone about Candae the front desk agent. I know everyone has procedures but I also know that the only time the 3 pm check in is enforced is when it's a large check out which it wasn't one.

Good location, convenient to restaurants and shopping. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of good parking.

Clean, comfortable and excellent staff! Staid here during our evacuation from hurricane Irma, made us feel like family, very compassionate. Great breakfast too.

Nice rooms, comfy bed, breakfast and coffee bar are great. Pet friendly but not much grass for pets to roam around in.

The room is nice and clean. The full size refrigerator is very nice to have. Only thing that could use some attention is the carpet in the hallways and elevator. They are dirty and stained.

Clean hotel, seems safe, front desk staff could be a little friendlier. Nice rooms, a bit on the smaller side though. All in all a decent hotel.

I really like these hotels. They have rooms exactly like a small apartment; separate rooms, a living room and kitchen. They're always clean and the employees are friendly. Close to food options too.

We checked in for a 3 night stay over holiday. The rooms were immaculate. No carpet fresh cover up. Our dogs were welcomed. Great breakfast, yummy coffee, kids were full. So far, we're very pleased. Will definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Rooms have convenient kitchenette. Hotel has complimentary breakfast bar, with hot items included. Outdoor pool is not very private, and gym only had aerobic equipment such as treadmills.

The customer service was great. I cant complain at all. Especially when the front desk remembers your name. The front desk clerk Naomi is the best. She seems to be on top of things. Overall a great staff. The place is taken care of well. Very clean and relaxing. Keep up the good work.

The hotel seems to be fairly new! The rooms are clean. The beds are a tad firm, but comfortable. A cool feature is the full size fridge and mini stove in each room. It's perfect. I plan to stay here again.
