The rooms, pool, and most the staff were amazing. Even the marble herringbone tile work around the elevators is gorgeous! Everyone was welcoming once they heard we were there for my son's birthday.
A great stay at a fantastic hotel.
The service here is fantastic, and the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The entire hotel, from the lobby to the showers, feels clean and fresh.
The restaurant/lounge areas are a nice place to wind down over a nice meal.
A great representation of the best of the Holiday Inn brand.
I stay at a lot of IHG properties but this one has gone above and beyond to insure my visit was perfect. The young lady at the desk when I checked in was over the top friendly, polite and informative. I can honestly say I've never been given chocolates at a hotel before. They even called my room on the second day to ask me if there was anything they could do for me and if I was enjoying my stay. It may seem intrusive but it was refreshing, especially in light of a bad experience I had at a IHG in Louisiana just last week. This property sets the standard for all others to follow. Well done proprietor. Well done.
Great renovated Holiday Inn. Wonderful bar area as well as separate dining for breakfast and more formal night food menus. Rooms are very spacious with intimate lighting. Plenty of parking and live piano music in the bar a few nights a week. Business friendly as well as family.
The staff has been amazing towards my family and I. My husband has been here over a week for work and they are super friendly and kind. Rooms have been clean and nice but FYI, all rooms we've stayed in only had showers no bathtubs which I don't think is practical for anyone with small kids or babies, food is good but way overpriced. Can of soda is $2 and meals for 2 were $71. Pool and hot tub were always clean but way over chlorinated. My eyes burned and I didn't even go under water in the hot tub. We ended up having to get out because my eyes hurt so bad and stayed red until later that night. Overall, lovely place to stay.
AC unit turned off /on sounding like airplane taking off. Woke me up at 2am couldn't get back to sleep. Bed was great. Breakfast menu was a little off. Biscuit with sausage gravy Two eggs with choice of meat. It should have said. Biscuit with sausage flavored gravy with meat chopped up in gravy and two eggs on side. Would not have ordered ham as meat. No sausage.Tasted good I was very hungery. Service was good. Might sound petty but we only have a night in hotel rarely. Got there after 9pm and left at 10:30 am
Great hotel!! The staff was amazing. They were all so nice and helpful. My room was nice, clean and comfortable. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the pasta and deviled eggs at Bellini (not sure how you can go wrong with either of those, but they did). Stay here, don't eat here :) I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
Large, air conditioning was repaired as soon as it was mentioned, quiet. Clean and beautiful, with a very comfortable king bed! We were given coupons for free breakfast and 20% off dinner if we ate at the restaurant at the lobby. The breakfast was filling and nothing to complain about. The dinner had delicious parmesan chicken; the vegetable soup was disappointing. The drinks that we bought with dinner (one wine, one mixed) were very good.
The hotel is so nice! Bed was so comfy, room was so clean. Plenty of towels and shampoos etc. The only downside is most of these hotels give a complimentary breakfast but this one does not, it has a restaurant instead. It was a 20 minute drive from the beach which was fine because we went to go deep sea fishing and didn't have the kids.
I personally enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are nice and were clean. There is always a hot pot of coffee and flavored cream on deck. There are carts for luggage and checking in was a breeze. I have to point out the front desk associate Courtney was awesome in taking care of checking me in and throughout my stay. Restaurants are located within walking distance and the breakfast was worth it.
Best Holiday Inn Ever -- I've stayed in Holiday Inns all over the US and this is the best that I have stayed at. A real gem to find in Panama City. Liked it better than the location in Waikiki Beach. Fully renovated in the last year, it is spacious and has a relaxed atmosphere, beautiful wall treatments, convenient sitting areas for impromptu meetings and a very helpful staff. The pool and hot tub and surrounding area were artfully done, much better than the usual rectangular pool area. It has a restaurant and bar on site and Bobby (the waiter at breakfast) sets a high watermark for customer service. Lastly, it has a better-than-average gym. I'll definitely stop there again.
The outside looks typical. However, the inside is beautiful. There is a nice eating area, an inside pool and jacuzzi as well as a fitness room with a shower. The meeting rooms are very large and stayed very cool the whole time. The hotel was very nice from what I saw. I had lunch there on a break from the meeting and it was amazing as well as resonably proceed!
Was there for a meet and greet in the bar, the drinks and food were all outstanding and the host was inviting and kind. The seating in the bar is cozy and the whole place feels modern and updated. Really great place.
Everything about this hotel is amazing! The rooms are just as described. Very roomy and modern. The pool is warm and a very large area. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Very impressed!
This was a good and comfortable hotel with lots of parking. Our room had 2 queen beds and it was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was updated, clean, and nice. I enjoyed my stay away from the crazy spring breakers. The housekeeping staff are nice too. The night front desk guy was alright too. Quiet hotel in a quiet area and close to the town and the main road in Panama City.
