  I would've marked 0 stars but it didn't give me the option! Got into our room and decided to lay down to take a nap. After laying down for about 30 minutes decided to get under the covers. Worst mistake! Bedbugs everywhere. Called a manager, they said they would come down to look at the room. 45 minutes goes by and still No manager!!! Then, they have the nerve to say they don't believe me and that they need a picture. Jokes on them because I have a video!!!! Nasty, disgusting, horrible service. Will never ever go back to a holiday Inn again!!!!

  Gave us the wrong room with one less bed, delayed our check in by 3 hours, no parking for our room so we had to park on the grass, our sink broke our first night, they said they would give us a new room but never did. Everything they said they would do to repay for their screw up never happened. There is a HUGE lack of communication and respect amongst the front desk and room service. The waitress and waitors and maintenence guys are the only people here who give great service. The clean up crew literally looked like they were on meth for the past year. The view is great though gotta give em that

  Service is wonderful here, the staff is very friendly and works very hard to keep you happy during your stay. If you reserve your stay through a third party reservation service, be ready to pull your hair out

  Had a great stay here. The staff was very polite and friendly. Had great customer service. Loved going on a pontoon boat ride to shell island for the day. Made for a great day. We used Sunshine Watersports PC we found them online that offered new pontoon boats Had to pay a little more then some of the bigger companies. Also loved going shopping at pier park, also had some great restaurants.
