All members of the staff were consistently friendly. Smiles everywhere made guests feel very welcomed. Everything was clean and well organized. Evening meals are served Mondays-Wednesdays for guests. Food is always plentiful and good. Reasonable variety and menus are nice. Worth staying at as the location is near plenty of restaurants and a few Walmarts and Meijers within 3 miles. Shopping malls less than 15 minutes away.

Very nice suites. Would have been a much more pleasurable stay if we didn't feel like the kids above us we're going to jump through the floor every three minutes. Complained numerous times to no avail. They didn't even offer a refund of any amount. I don't pay good money to stay in a suite to listen to kids running around and jumping above me. Nice hotel otherwise and the Continental breakfast was good.

I was truly blown away with this hotel. Super clean in every aspect. The room has a full blown living room with couch and kitchen (complete with dishwasher). Then a separate large bedroom with sink and closet, and separate toilet and shower. It was so comfortable and great to have a seat and play some games. The breakfast was awesome and had lots of hot options too! What a value!

Amazing place, great staff and comfortable rooms. Please send them your business to abate my guilt for ruining a king sized bed in a drunken stupor. Also, they are reasonably accomidating for accidental damage.

Great location for the event we were attending. However, the room was a lot smaller than we thought it would be. We had a terrible time reserving a room at this location. Even though we were supposed to be with a block of rooms for a specific wedding, and called three times to confirm our reservation was correct - each time we called, the reservation was different. When we finally went to the hotel to confirm in person, the reservation was again different, and yet again different when we showed up to check in. I don't know what was going on at the hotel to make this so difficult, but they need to get their stuff together. Breakfast was decent with waffles, pancakes, potatoes, eggs, and sausage. Coffee and juice was available. I slept on the pull out sofa myself, and that was extremely uncomfortable - springs making noise every time I moved and digging into my back. I don't think I would reserve at this location again with all the hassle we experienced. It worked for the event we were attending, free breakfast, and a place to sleep.

Check in was fast and easy. Breakfast was available and contained what one would expect: Bagels, cereal, eggs, etc. The suite was spacious and clean. Bathroom wasn't spectacular but the kitchen with amenities and study desk easily picked up the slack. Check out was painless. Wish there was more to do within close proximity to the hotel.

Overall an excellent hotel, for both short and long stays! Rooms are nicely furnished, and include a kitchenette complete with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and sink! In addition to their morning breakfast, they serve complimentary dinner three nights a week. The food was far better than expected! Overall this hotel surpassed every expectation we had.

I had a quick stay overnight for meetings over the weekend. Got checked in on the Marriott app and everything was ready when I arrived. Room was in good order. Great stay, even if it was for a few hours.

We arrived a 3AM after a 10 hour car ride To find the room we had reserved was given to someone else, after the initial mix up the very very polite clerk had a settled and comped us a late check out, which was extremely appreciated. The room was immaculate and well appointed. When I went to check out, the was another mix up, and the clerk was unable to prices putt check out. Knowing we were in a hurry, she told us not to worry, and that the GM, who would be in later that day, would take care of it. Indeed, that person did, and the were no more issues. Despite the minor snafus, the customer service was impeccable, as the room beautiful. The price was very reasonable. Would recommend.

Great place to experience luxury from long ago. Fully renovated rooms provide comfortable and spacious accommodations. Don't miss dining on the restaurant where lunch and dinner menus will not disappoint. Certainly, Concierge Russell Casanovas adds to this memorable experience. His professionalism and warmth enhanced my visit
