Management was poor at best, untidy presentation of front desk employees always, housekeeping was horrible, and their attitudes were nasty! I have never met so many lazy and sloppy people in one place apart from Lisa and Eddie. The manager was late all the time and hired all her friends who were terrible employeesHORRIBLE HOTELl!!!

Below average. Bathroom not clean, urine on the toilet & on the floor. TV wouldn't come on😕 temp was either freezing or too hot. Service is subpar

Totally waste of money. Washroom exhaust fan too noisy like motor cycle, shower faucet nobs were loose broken, some detectors broken hanging on wire. Filthy carpet in room, I was hesitant to step on it.

Im greatful for the place's location to shops and bus route. The checkout experience was always polite and friendly and I dont take any attitude personally because its usually amongst staff and not with guests. Breakfast is simple but satifying with bagels waffle maker cereal and fruit and yogurt cups. Its better than nothing and I was surprised the first day that a small place had it. Beds and rooms are clean but not perfect. Sinks dont work, but shower and toilet work well. Microwave and fridge to cook and store your food or water and pen and notepad for notes. Ive gone two more times due a situation Im in and just glad to get a good nights rest.

The ft desk lady jamie was super nice and sweet. Our first room tv didnt work so she gave us another room turned tv and air on. The rooms are very clean and breakfast Was good bagels yogurt cereal all cold but good. You also get waffles. Will for sure go back very nice motel.

Very dingy and old . Shower had a crack in the floor. Get what you pay for. Seems like everywhere i looked seemed to see body hair. A.C worked great though.

No housekeeping. Dirty bathroom floor with hair on arrival. Phone cords disconnected. Room was not cleaned in 2 days. Manager doesn't show up for work on time.

Really gross and dirty hotel. It wasn't even cleaned before we got there. Trashes were full, sheets and towels were dirty, there was hair all over the bathroom and dirty footprints in the bathtub, and the shampoo and conditioner were left over from the last guests. Everything is in poor condition and the lobby smells like smoke. I'll be having nightmares about this place and would not recommend it to anyone looking for an even decent level experience.

Stayed there just to try all hotel's in the area, this property is somewhere between a by the hour but not quite good enough for business travelers. Old property and it shows, but they seem to take pride in keeping place clean. Fresh cookies were a nice touch. Hard to stomach at first glance but not that bad for my 2 night stay. Recommended for value stay but business travelers will not be happy here.
