It sucked called ahead of time said had to come in person before they would pull part get there and wait 45min for them to say they don't have it thanks for wasting my time it's not that important anyway

VERY RUDE. we drove all the way from Columbus for a part they said they had. We get there and they say someone sold the part and didn't take it out of the computer. We waited for 25 minutes while they helped other customers other than us. The owner is a prick!

I have to give this group a review ! Usually salvage yards are not female friendly. Town and Country is the exception. I called them for a part that had seem to be impossible to find. They were friendly and helpful. I was still dreading the visit. I was pleasantly surprised. The woman I spoke with on the phone was as friendly in person. The entire crew was so nice. The part was reasonably price and a fraction of a new price part!! I'm getting ready to shop for tires and I'm going there first. Thanks Town and Country

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! After waiting for 1/2 an hour at the counter, with no other customers, then another 5 minutes for Mike to acknowledge me, I was told that they would pull my part ( a taillight), but I would have to wait, because they were about to take their lunch break. When I asked how much longer it would be, I was told " Buddy, you're not at McDonalds!" Absolutely one of the worst attitudes that I've ever experienced!!! I opted not to do business there now, or ever again!
