Kabuto the best they were helpful and informative and willing to deal a little bit
Friendly folks. They gave honest feedback in regard to parts needed rather than just making a sale.
I am honestly conflicted. I know a couple of customers who praise this company and their continued service. These same individuals can not believe that my experience so far is with the same company. The only difference any of us could come up with is the fact that I bought a SRM266-T with parts and accessorys, the individuals who have received great support bought Kubota tractors. When I was first inquiring about a trimmer the salesman would not call me back no matter how many time I left messages. When I purchased the trimmer a salesman did apologize and stated that it was not an excuse but he had been very busy getting ready for a Kubota event. I accepted the apologie and moved on. With one tank of gas on the trimmer the head litterately flew apart, the guts were spread out all over the weeds. Took close to an hour to find them all. I stopped by the dealer to purchase spare eyelets since I now knew how easy it was for them to come out and asked about the head flying apart while I was there. I was told that the head had I be a fluke because that just doesn't happen, I also asked I purchase a spare NGK spark plug just in case, I was sold a generic plug 😡. Not even half a gallon of gas later the head will not stay together, even at idle while walking for spot to spot it would fly apart and once again I was searching for parts. I was putting this thing back together more than I was trimming. I took the head to the dealer and was told that while they had no idea why it was doing it, it would be covered under warranty, however they would need the entire unit in order to do it. I had the unit in the car but stressed that I still needed it for the brush cutter attachment. All power insisted that they had I have it, I would just have to go without trimming and it would only take a couple of days to fix it. It took weeks to fix it, literally weeks. I lost a good job over Allpower. Six of the eight council members could not justify hiring me when I couldn't even keep my own property cleaned up. I was the top candadit, the only one who had a degree that applied for the job, however I didn't get the job over the maintenance on my property. I called Daniel and explained what Allpower had cost me, and asked why it was taking so long. I was told that it was no big deal, the parts hadn't come in, if I came in a manager might, "might" let me take the unit home to use the brush cutter to clean things up. I done lost a job that will not be available again for at least two decades until someone retired, what was the point of going in just to be told that loosing a job only three minutes from home was no big deal. I had to call to be told that the unit was done and ready. Allpower doesn't even have the decency to call a customer to tell them that a repair is done. Needless to say when I went to pick the unit up they couldn't even find the paperwork, I received no apology for the damage that has been caused by their practices, not even an explanation on how a couple days turns into a couple of weeks. Honestly I could give them one star out of five, however the unit did get fixed, just cost me a couple grand , that's all. I hope this POS doesn't fly apart again. As far as my experience when a guy goes in and try's to form a good relationship with a dealer , buys a "quality" string trimmer, overpaid for the brush cutter kit, and spends some cash on oil and some spare parts, I have no choice but to quote Daniel and say that apparently, " it was no big deal". I can't help that I don't have twenty grand to pay for good customer support, but for those who can apparently it's a good place to do business.
This place has the best customer service I have ever experienced. They treat you like family. They will not try to sell you something you do not need. I bought a tractor from them and 2 months later I got a bad batch of diesel. I called them instantly and they literally were at my house within 30 minutes to take it back to their shop. If you want to buy a piece of equipment from a company who stands behind their work and products, ALLPOWER is the place.
Wish I would have read these reviews before I bought from this cap place. Bought a utv 3 MONTHS ago and ordered a top along with it. They had to order the top and said it would be a few days for it to be delivered and they'd call when it arrived to schedule a day for install. 2 weeks went by and nothing so I called in and they forgot to even order it. So they apologized said they'd order it immediately and it should be a few days again. A few more weeks go by and again nothing. I call in and they say the shipment is waiting for more parts in the order to be delivered. So, fed up, I said I would just like my money back and they offered me a different top and I refuse so they said we will mail you a check. That was over a month ago and nothing
I have used this company for years for parts when I owned my mowing service. I have referred many of my old customers and friends to them. After years of patronage my advice would be to find another dealer. Last week a friend wanted to buy a mower. I took him to the store. I advised him on what to buy for years of service. My friend and I were there an hour waiting on the owner to discuss a sale. We left as my friend wanted to compare prices. I believe in the cub cadet brand. After a couple hours we returned to the store where my friend purchased a new zero turn mower with cash. Happy, we left with an expected delivery date of April 11th. That date came and went. No delivery. No phone call, nothing. The next day I drove 60 miles home from my camp site, picked up my friend and drove to the store. The owner, who sold the mower to us informed us he had forgotten to schedule the delivery. He assured us the mower would be delivered by the end of the day. He said he would deliver it himself after 5:30pm. Satisfied, we left. The mower was not delivered. The Owner's word means nothing. Unless a purchase is cash and carry, don't buy from this. Company
Excellent customer service. They are quick & right on with estimates. They always have the parts I need when I come in, or they are able to get it for me quickly. Will definitely continue to deal with this company.
They were more than helpful in answering any of my questions I had. Ordered some parts and they were in faster than what I was expecting. Great group of people!
Great place to purchase new Kubota Tractors. Sales people knowledgeable and friendly. Parts department was very helpful.
I have never made a Google review for a business, but I feel obligated to do so after the experience at this business. My wife and I purchased a brand new zero turn mower at All Power in Lancaster six months before this post (end of March 2016). In September I was cutting our grass and halfway through the session the mower engine sounded like it was losing fuel supply and slowing down and then died altogether. After leaving it off it would start again only to die a short time later. We called All Power about the problem and were told it would be nearly a week before they could pick it up to look at it. After they finally got it (with grass growing the entire time that we now were unable to cut) we waited for several days for a reply telling us the problem and eventually had to call ourselves to check on it. We were told that the tech had run the mower for "over an hour" and that they couldn't find the problem. We were also told that it would now be over $150 for the evaluation and pickup/dropoff.for a problem with a brand new six month old mower that we had just paid them over $10K for! I expressed that I didn't agree with this and Jim advised me that he would reduce the cost to $116 and had to charge us because they couldn't count anything under warranty because they were unable to diagnose the problem (like that was doing a favor for a new warrantied mower). My wife and I were in the hospital with a newborn baby at this time, which I told Jim, and I was not in a place to debate further so I paid over the phone for the fee and asked if he could deliver the mower back to our house (having now paid a fee for the delivery back to our house) so that I could cut our now 2 week uncut yard and then return to the hospital. He stated that he would be able to and that it would be before or at noon that day (it is now 9:00am). He then said he would confirm this with his delivery driver and call me back to confirm with me. After two hours (now 11:00am) of no return call I called them and was told the driver was not in yet and that it may be a little after noon but I would be called when the driver was leaving to drop it off. After no word at all from anyone I called at 5:10pm (they close at 5:30) and again spoke to Jim. He stated very bluntly and unconcerned that he had gotten busy and just didn't call. It was now too late for me to get home from the hospital to cut the grass and return so this was of no help. He could clearly care less about any of this and when I voiced my displeasure (politely) with our entire experience with his company he brushed it off completely and was content to leave a customer disappointed and with no answer to a defective piece of expensive equipment from their business. I told him I would discourage anyone I encountered from ever doing business with them and he did not care at all. Consider this review that warning and go elsewhere for any power equipment needs. I hope they read this and realize they have lost tens of thousands of dollars in referrals due to greed and apathy.
