The service department always does a great job. They explain what will be done and the cost. I recently ran over a plastic bag that stuck to the under side of my car, they showed me where it was melted to the exhaust and removed it for me. I always have my car serviced at buckeye, the guys are great!

I was not thrilled about the idea of shopping for a new car after my car being totaled in an accident. However, dealing with Buckeye Honda was a great experience. My salesperson Zach Smith was awesome to work with and I would highly recommend him. He is genuine and very pleasant! Adam Shafer in finance was also very nice and personable! Thanks Buckeye Honda for a great buying experience!

Buckeye Honda's service department cannot be beat. They treat women with respect, waiting area is nice and the overnight drop off area is one of the best options ever. They take great care of me and my Toyota's, too! They have bailed me out more than once and even did the same thing with a friend of mine from Kingston. Of all or any place in Lancaster, Buckeye Honda gives the best service of any business I go to.

Outstanding service from the group. Car broke down in Lancaster after hours and they took full care of me! Set me up with a rental car and had me on my way. The impressive thing is they did this an hour AFTER the Service Department had closed. Much better service here than what I get in Columbus! Kudos to the Buckeye Honda Service Team!

Buckeye Honda is the best! Their staff goes above and beyond in what you would normally expect from a car dealership. They are friendly, thorough, and professional in all that they do when it is time to have your car serviced.
I was early for my service appointment, no problem! I had additional items to be serviced on my CRV other than the ones we had discussed at the time I made the appointment, no problem! All concerns were addressed and taken care of in a timely fashion! This is my second Honda and I can assure there will be a third Honda, when the time comes!
