Had my truck in there to be serviced because I bought a truck from the hernstein hyundai used store and they were to fix a boost leak. I asked them to program keys to truck (didn't have remotes). I told them it could be done if they followed the EXACT process I had gotten online. The lady took a quick look and said she would try it but I would have to pay if it didn't work. After sitting there for 3 hours just to get keys programmed she told me it could not be done and that it would require too much and be way too much. So I payed them. Went to bobb Boyd in Lancaster, Ohio and gave them the directions and they had it done and working within 30 minutes. I knew when my buddy told me he had issues here I shouldn't of even tried. They just want to take your money!

My boyfriend and I spoke on the phone initially with John Brant, and asked him to help us find the Jeep we were looking for. He was extremely helpful and jumped on the job immediately. The next day we were at the store and signing the paperwork for the price we needed to be at! Very helpful, no games. Overall, great experience, and my boyfriend John got his dream car!

Viren was helpful in finding me the minivan that I wanted. He went out of his way with a tape measure in hand to make sure all the measurements were correct as I am purchasing it to install a handicap ramp.He went above and beyond what salesman have done on other lots. I have purchased several vehicles from Herrnstein and will continue to do so as long as they have sales people like Viren working there.

We had a great experience at Herrnstein! I knew exactly what I wanted going in. Even though they didn't have that particular vehicle, on the lot, Mark DiSantis, promised he could find what I was looking for. He called me the next day and told me I could come in and check out my new mini van. We loved it and it was exactly what I wanted, down to the color and features. We've already taken our new 2016 Dodge Caravan on our first family vacation and it was wonderful!! Plenty of space for luggage and still room to relax, on a long road trip! Our kids loved having the built in DVD player and headphones, for the trip! I would definitely buy from Herrnstein in the future!

I had a great experience buying my second vehicle from Hernsten, Richard Moody was very helpful in assisting my wife and I in finding the perfect vehicle for our family. A Dodge Journey, which gives us plenty of room and comfort. He was not pushy, after asking us what we where looking for, he just helped us to find it. He did a great job. That's why I'm giving five stars. Ask for Richard if you want a good sales person.
