The service department is aces, but I will not buy a car from them again. We had a good experience getting a Regal so I took my son there to look at used cars. The salesman tried to lease a brand new truck to him, what the heck? A 17 yr old and we said we wanted to stay around 7000. Seriously, my son and I sat there completely dumbfounded, I explained again what we were doing and he said he could get payments low..haha man talk about walking away wanting to get the dirty car salesman stench off.

Straight forward sales guy named Rick Ellas. We truly appreciated his help with purchasing our 2007 Impala. We drove down from Columbus picked up the vehicle and took the car to a mechanic in town. Came back made an offer and was out the door with new car within one hour. Thank you Rick and we will be back. When you have a good experience you will tell everyone about the dealership and will send them you way. Our next car will definitely come from Taylor Chevrolet.

Insulted by salesman, lied to by salesman.. with a long rapsheet.. Take the 5 star reviews with a grain of salt, many are employees, his family, friends and himself. BBB reviews are disturbing.. They had to make good to people they shafted Must of been the alcohol talkin, none the less he lost a sale.. and I gained insight .. I never met the jerk.. This is an unbiased review.

While vacationing in Hocking Hills the power seat motor stopped working in my car. No dealer nearby could get me in on short notice except for Taylor Chevrolet. They saved my getaway weekend! Thanks again

My husband and I have been doing business with Bill Matson and Taylot Dealership for over 25 years. We have purchased and/or leased many cars during that time. Bill Matson sold us the first vehicle we bought at Taylor's and he sold us the vehicles we are driving today. We bought our kids their first vehicles from Bill. They also continue to buy cars from Bill. And within the next two years when our grandson starts to drive, we will go see Bill. We trust Bill to make us a good deal.
Bill loves what he does. He loves providing people with what he calls the "bow tie experience". He loves getting to know his customers. Over the years he's become more like family to us. He knows us, he knows our kids, and he's getting to know our grandchildren. The car I'm currently driving I didn't even test drive it. Bill knew what I wanted and I love my car!!
Bill Matson and Taylor's have been good to us over the years. We not only buy our cars there, we also have them serviced there. If you're in the market for a car, I highly recommend Bill Matson and Taylor's.
I also would like to mention that Bill and Taylor's also give back to our community. They support/sponsor various events -- honoring veterans, back to school supplies for kids, golf outing to raise money for cancer research, etc.

I have purchased several vehicles from Bill Matson at Taylor Chevrolet. Bill is the best! His service does not stop with the sale . . . You can tell Bill loves his job, loves the product and loves his customers! It is more than "just selling a car" to Bill. He is always available to answer questions and keeping me informed! I have recommended Bill to all my family and friends. Everyone who Bill has helped has been more than pleased!

I purchased another vehicle from Taylor Dealership yesterday with the help of Bill Matson! I would like to give a special Thank You to Bill Matson for all his help! I believe that Bill truly cares for his customers and puts there needs and concerns first. He made me feel comfortable with my purchase and addressed any concerns that I had. Through the years myself and my family have been customers through Taylor Dealership and have always been pleased with the service we have gotten! Bill definitely made it a friendly experience with smiles, laughter, feelings of NO pressure and feeling confidant with my purchase!!

I have been buying cars and trucks from Taylor Chevrolet for going on 23 years. I have never had a problem. Bill Matson has been the only Salesman I have worked with and he has yet to let me down. I lived in California for 10 yrs. and still bought my Cars from Taylor. Because of Bill and the Taylor team. Bill and the management team at Taylor has always bent over backward to take care of my family. The total number of cars I have bought from bill at Taylor has been 17. These Guy and girls have really become life long friends. Thanks Guy

On the phone the sales guy told me he sold more cars than me. I threw an offer out and he laughed at me. Well it sat there for three weeks and a friend bought it for $500 less than i offered. Way to go loser. How many cars have you sold again? I was too pissed to go in there after he laughed at me. I told someone about it and they got a decent ride for cheap. Needed some work but cheap. I even left my number with him. Would you say he threw it in the trash?
