Reading some of the other reviews and hearing about their supposed awful experiences is kind of funny to me. We spent 5 days at the sky view cabin in the hands of the owners whom I believe were staying in the Lodge behind the gift shop at the time. From the first time I spoke to them, to the very last when we left nothing but cheery kind voices and faces. They promptly checked us in and explained everything. They leave you alone to your own devices other than coming to inspect the hot tubs every few days. The one time I called them down to our cabin to replace the lighter for the grill, they were there in a moments notice, asked us how we were liking it, and left promptly to let us get back to our vacation with minimal invasion. I have never been in a cabin before in my life, infact none of my friends had either. We all unanimously agree this was one of the best times of our lives. The location is 25 mins at most away from all that Hocking Hills has to offer and the cabins (at least, skyview was) are all plenty secluded. Kroger is right around the corner and spending time in the cabin was amazing as well especially with the use of a hot tub at our disposal. We built fires, cooked steaks on the grill, we did everything the cabin offered. The only gripes I have at all is that the shower head is a hose attachment and the water spread is frankly awful because of it so the shower kind of sucks, but it's kind of easy to get over. Also the bed is kind of stiff. We were happy to get back to our own bed but it did the trick for our stay. It's a really nice cabin, nearly everything about it was great. No cabin will be perfect, but this one was pretty close for us.

Thank you guys for having us. Thank you for allowing us to stay there after explaining our situation ;) We had the time of our lives and it's all thanks to you.

Love it! We are back again because we had such a great time last year! We have stayed in two different cabins and both of them are beautifully finished, well equipped, clean, and very private! We brought our fur baby both times. if you are looking for a relaxing get away this is where you want to be! The extra touches show that the owners care for their property , they have made an effort to offer even better amenities than our last visit and we loved it last year! Highly recommend you visit with At Boulders Edge!

This was our third time at the Dot Calm cabin & was awesome as usual! Love the area, quiet, ability to do nothing & of course the jello! Thanks again Rene & Frank for another anniversary trip gone well & the recommendation of the winery down the road. We will be back many times!

This was our first time “At Boulders Edge” and my husband and I were so impressed. We stayed in Glacier’s Edge Lodge with two other couples. It was so spacious with three bedrooms, two full baths, beautiful kitchen, and living room with big screen TV and so much more. We were also able to see all the other cabins on the grounds since our other friends were guests. They were beautiful, very clean and decorated in rustic cabin decor. Can’t say enough good about “At Boulders Edge”. They have so much to offer. Can’t wait to go back!!! Ranee and Frank were excellent with making us feel very comfortable with our stay!!!

We have came here to stay in a tipi for the last two years. The grounds are well cared for and the owner is great. There are no lights near and the stars are incredible at night. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the Tipi in July and had an amazing time. Great location, close to everything, and huge sites. Entire staff was friendly and helpful! The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Not one speck of trash on the whole property! We go to a new camp ground every year but have decided to make this property a yearly tradition, we loved it so much. Be aware of barking dogs from neighbors, I feel bad for the property owners as they can't do anything about it. Barking was annoying at night but being exhausted from activities and drinking helps nicely.

My girlfriend and I wanted to get away for a few days and this is the place to go! It was very quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was great. Also had some tasty jello shots! We stayed in the tall pines cabin, it was very cozy, also we loved how private it was.will be coming back soon!

I was looking forward to a nice secluded getaway from my wife and I since we haven't had a vacation in over 2 years since starting our business. Frank and Renee were extremely helpful in getting things lined up for me. Unfortunately, the great customer service stopped at That point. I had a nice couples massage and personal chef coming our first night to start the trip off right. Unfortunately I missed the mark on doing that and my wife wanted those cancelled. Her and I both were still excited for the rest of the trip. We had hiking, zip lining, and kayaking all scheduled up. I called Renee and advised we wanted to cancel the massage and chef. She called back an hour later and said we couldn't cancel that. I said ok and that I would tell them when they showed up. Here is where things get really bad. A little later, I received a phone call that one of our closest family friends son died of an overdose. My wife and I were shattered and knew we needed to get home. I then spoke with Renee again and said we needed to leave. She even said she felt bad for us. After handling family matters, I jumped away to get a rain check for our zip lining. The canopy tour company simply had to verify we left and that was it. When they called Renee she told them that we left because my wife didn't want to be in Hocking Hills. She also sent them the voicemail where I said we did not want the massage and chef! I never said anything about zip lining. So now, not only am I out all the money paid for a massage and chef(my fault), I am also out the money for the cabin and zip lining. When did small businesses stop caring about the guest and start spreading out right lies? Being a small business owner and also a consultant for numerous other small businesses, I can without a doubt say this would never happen with any business I am involved in. I will be putting these postings on any and all review sites I can find in hopes that people will think twice before dealing with these snakes.

Beautiful area & comfy cabins!! Walking distance to Rockbridge Reserve! The lodge is amazing with a fun recreation room attached that gave us many hours of entertainment!! The owners are fabulous & always welcoming. We go back frequently to their cabins because of their hospitality & all that their cabins have to offer!!

I always have an awesome time at Boulders Edge! It is so beautiful and the cabins are immaculate! You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in the grounds and maintenance. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

We stayed in the larger Lodge, and it was well worth it!! There were three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen with all appliances, gas grill, fire pit, game room, and hot tub! Everything was in great shape and extremely clean; which is very important to us. We only stayed one night, but were very impressed and will absolutely stay here again if in the area. Kudos to the management of this fine property.

Stayed three nights in the tall pines cabin which was super cozy. All the small added touches really made our stay special. We will definitely be returning.
