If going for a few hours to get yours off, this place is perfect. I would not recommend this place for a night's stay unless you have no other choice. Hope this helps someone.

The guys at the window are so horribly rude. They treat you like you're some street scum who doesn't deserve to breathe and like you owe them that ridiculously high hotel rate for a motel room with mold on the bathroom door, no bubbles for the jacuzzi, really hideous nasty carpets with tiger straps, horrible smell of cigarettes in the rooms, fake advertising of complimentary wifi. And the staff look at you like you're a jerk for asking about wifi. I felt so nasty for staying here. I hate this place. If you pay almost 200 for a room you expect at least a complimentary water bottle. But nooo you get to use the vending machine and buy a tiny bottle for 2 dollars. My job requires me traveling and i stay at hotels and motels all the time, and this one is by far the very worst of the very worst I've been in. How in the h.. do people still go here. I agree with both previous comments. All the positive reviews are completely misleading and probably written by the owners. Trust me. You do not want to go here. You will feel so sorry for yourself for going here. I would rather pay another 100$ just to not go here. You will see it for yourself if you do not follow my advice. Yuckkk I still feel disgusting for ever staying here

I missed the message area. Ok so from what I've seen on the reviews, all of the positive reviews must be fake because this place is anything but nice, the staff are insanely rude, the rooms smell terrible, you order a jacuzzi room only to arrive and find cockroaches on the jacuzzi and a roof leak right on my forehead over the bed. The tiles in the bathroom look like they were installed by a 10 year old. I agree with the below comment. I seriously feel bad for you if you stay in this disgusting place. To add to the punishment, they charged 190 for the night. For what? A cigarette hole on my sheets, cockroaches in the tub, nasty smell, terrible finish on the bathrooms, completely rude customer service who treats u like you owe them(like some animal), 4/5 tv channels are pornographic and they all look like they're using some old antena from the 60s. People like this and places like this is what's wrong with this world. Not even a small degree of respect for guests. STAY AWAY

If you have any sort of respect for yourself and your hard earned money you will spend the extra $10-$30 on a hotel that will actually have you feeling like ur a guest and not some DOGS in a SHELTER. Stay away. Disgusting customer service, no room service( we stayed in for 4 days and got our room cleaned once), assholes about check out times despite having absolutely no business and reason to kick us out so promptly. Seriously if you stay here I feel bad for you and I hope you learn to love yourself and ur money the slightest bit bc money doesn't grow on trees.

Pleasant stay most staff very nice pleasant and accurate then this some staff that clean up the one gentleman tall skinny is very very disrespectful other than that everything is good

The rooms were a little dated but clean. Everything was in working order and bed/pillows were comfortable. Room had 40" TV, desk, lounge chair, bed, chest of drawers and two side tables. No fridge. Towels were mid level, I've had better and worse. Friendly staff. Nice concierge lounge. Water, coffee, alcohol, snacks, fruit and a couple tables to sit.
