Absolutely horrible!!! We cancelled our reservation within the time frame and are still in a dispute w/ amex over the charge. Customer service is nonexistent. We reached out many times but NO RESPONSE. WE DID NOT EVEN STAY THERE and are still being charged. The best thing is my wife's law firm had there after race party there spending very good money. This place is a waste and will do everything in our power to have people stay away!

I was just there to celebrate my friend’s marriage. Had drinks at the bar, quite impressed. The lobby was beautiful. Would consider staying there ,loved the feeling of the resort.

Pleasant check in experience. The room was large with a sizable bath that contained a shower but no bath. The room lacked a local publication with no writing instruments. Newspapers were unavailable and we were referred to a store across the street which did not have papers. There was a large meeting taking place and the lobby was filled with tables which inhibited walking

Fun place to visit during off season. The place is very spacious and the staff are attentive. If you travel to this location via NJ Transit be sure to call ahead a few minutes before your stop and they will send a van to meet your train. Complementary transport to and from train station was a nice plus! The views are amazing as well!!

Outdoor Tiki bar has a very relaxed feel - sitting in beach chairs surrounded by palm trees overlooking the ocean. The events building looks very dated on the outside and could use updating to increase the overall ambience. Bucket drinks were advertised, but they didn't have the actual buckets to put the drinks into. Drank watermelon margaritas instead - delicious and refreshing, but highly overpriced ($10 per) for the size/amount of alcohol present in the drink. Overall a great experience.

Went here for a family vacation get away. Quick access to the private beach and hotel pool. My son loved it. Staff is friendly, but other guests can be rude at pool side. Such as sitting on your beach chairs or blocking you from getting to your chairs. Common sense when you have all your items on your chairs indicating someone is sitting there.

Ocean front room was beautiful. Views were stunning.(A bit pricey)Private beach was so convenient. Room service did a nice job. The Spa pedicure was fantastic,please ask for Rosie( Rosalita). She really cares about your needs and you can tell she loves people & what she does. Very lovely boardwalk with a great choices of restaurants. Overall,a great weekend get away.

Loved my massage. Perfect atmosphere. Very relaxing. We were one of the last appointments for the evening and not once did we feel rushed. Highly recommended making an appointment. It's definitely worth your money.

Nice location convenient to NYC. Stayed for a few days to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Good facilities with indoor and outdoor pool. Ocean front service and cabana conveniences allow you to relax and enjoy. Service is above average and the poolside bar and tiki are reasonable for a resort. Rooms are slightly dated but clean and well maintained. A good spot to get away to during the summer heat.

The hotel is nice. Outdoor bar is great. Rooms are large and clean. The entire area outside the hotel is also very live. Lots of food options and activities on the beach.

Best hotel on the Jersey shore. All rooms face the ocean. Good entertainment at the outdoor bar in the evenings. Great breakfast buffet included with room. Off season prices are great. In season prices are quite high.

Excellent service, beautiful view. Kids loved the pool and beach walk. Excellent place for family get together. This beach hotel is our get away place in winter. We come here every now and then and are never disappointed.

Room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. I was in room 909 which backed up to the elevator and you could notice the noise from it but it wasn't a deal breaker. With the TV on you could hardly notice. The view was fantastic and having a balcony to sit on was great. Too bad I was there in Feb but would be great on a summer night.

Great service from the front desk staff. Pet friendly was an unexpected plus. Lovely rooms lovely lobby and a color scheme that matched its location and name. Still getting 5 stars but my only critic is that since there's no lifeguard at the indoor pool it could stay open all the time in my opinion. But great food, great drinks at a good price. Loved it
