The pros of this hotel— the staff working the bistro are awesome! Usually it’s a one man band managing bar, food etc— each person I encountered was super friendly and efficient.

The cons- the rooms are a bit tired for the price.

Big complaint- they have a serious issue with room
Keys!!! I had to come down three times because the keys they gave me didn’t work. Happened again the second day when I forgot my room key. And every time I was in the lobby I heard multiple
People complaining of the same issue. Front desk staff surely know this is an issue and yet they kept acting surprised. Come on management— get this fixed!

Just spent a night there. Great staff, clean room good restaurant and long-term parking and shuttle services to the airport across the street. Planning on staying one night on return from Europe.They even gave us late check out. We're definitely going to stay here again when using Liberty Airport.

This hotel is the worst hotel that I have experienced comparing with all other excellent Marriott hotels.

the receptionist (a tall lady) is rude and showed her impatient when she check me in (probably because I am Asian) . the key card she made for me doesn't work and she was unhappy when I went back to ask redo the key card. then the key card worked for my room but I found later that it didn't work for the side entrance where my car were parked. I went back to her and she told me that the hotel system had problem so all side entrance has problem with the key cards. I insisted to redo the key card and she did very unwillingly, It then worked for the side gate immediately.

The phone ringing in the midnight at 2am! twice!

The hotel is closed to airport but please do not rely one their shuttle bus, I waited in airport for their shuttle bus for almost one hour but still not see their shuttle then we had to beg another hotel shuttle to give us a ride back!

Location is close to airport. Staff is fantastic. Restaurant staff superb. Rooms are ok. Location is industrial looking but that's true for all airport locations. I like this hotel because the staff is great and the good is very good.

Classic Courtyard experience. Very helpful staff and nicely presented rooms. Decent exercise room for getting rid of some extra calories.

The room is clean and very well appointed. The decor is well done and the room spacious. Three shuttles came for most other resorts before ours came, so be prepared for a wait. We will stay here again, though will opt for an Uber instead of the shuttle ;-)

The rooms are very comfortable. There breakfast was delicious. The bar is only open till 10pm. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel feels very safe. I would stay again

Hotel has easy pickup at EWR. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. The rooms are decent size and had recently been updated. Recommended if in the area.

Great location with easy access to the airport with their 24 hour shuttle. The lobby is being refreshed and I suspect the rooms are being updated, too. Over all it's about average for a Courtyard.

Stayed the night for a school trip. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. My one complaint was the over priced breakfast, but hotels always inflate food prices.

Has a musty smell, horrible location, the elevator had cardboard bricks partially duct taped over the paneled walls, is small, scary, and I could nite finds the inspection certificate to see if it was even safe. The restaurant is closed for most of the day and there is no room service.

I have been here several times over the years and one thing I must say is that they keep this place up to date. The price is always reasonable. The staff is unbelievably helpful. I forgot my toothbrush as usual and I wanted to buy one downstairs so I asked the staff at the desk and they said they are free with toothpaste and all. It saves my day since I had a very important meeting that day in NYC.

For the price, couldn't be beat. The lobby was beautiful, the staff were accomodating they even answer at the front desk when you call! The room was fine; clean and comfortable beds. Somehow got placed in a handicap room, so the shower left dome to be desired. All in all, would stay again.
