The rooms are well put together, the visual atmosphere is great. The Holiday decor was up and very tastefully done, but the music in the bar area was too loud for it only having 2 people in it mid-day. The gym & pool areas were clean, so much so that our eyes burned when we were in the hot tub. The pool was nice and refreshing. The mini fridge in room was iced over & didn't cool & the housekeeping staff was kind of loud in the halls talking between rooms & having the TVs on really loud as they cleaned with the doors open, but much of it was at 9am, so I can't fault anyone. Check-out was 11a but housekeeping came by at 9:30 having assumed we were gone already to clean the room. All of that aside, the red head in the restaurant was exceptional as was every staff person we encountered. I'd stay again & again because everything else was so over the top awesome with service, amenities, location and rate.

The location is close to the highway, the rooms, nice, upscale, made you not want to leave. The service was exemplary. Employees were professional, friendly and worked with a sense of urgency.

Everything was great, except for the check-in process. We arrived at the hotel late, and we're locked out for 10 minutes before the front desk clerk showed up to check us in. We even called the front desk from the outside, but no one answered the phone either. The front desk clerk definitely shouldn't wander off from his post like that.

We used one of the ballrooms for an after wedding event. The hotel staff pretty much left us alone in the room, but if we were outside of it they were constantly bothering us. Apparently you're not allowed to sit on the floor for any reason anywhere? You must sit in designated chairs in the bar area. They could have been nice about it at the very least.

Generally I don't care for Renaissance hotels, but this is one of my favorites. Quick drive to the airport and a short bus ride into Manhattan making it the perfect location. The hotel is comfortable and staff are good. It can be pricey but you can also find good prices here too. Well worth the cost regardless.

Didn't expect it to be so nice inside! Very chic and modern. One of the managers Simone is very pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased. Would definitely revisit just because of her.

Went here for drinks for my wife's class reunion. There were no beers on tap but they had enough of a bottle selection. Service was attentive and friendly.

Beautiful hotel, but horrible room and customer service. My husband and I finally got a night away from our 1 year old to celebrate a friend's wedding and the room block was at this hotel. Everything was great during check-in and up until we got to the room. Our room ended up being right next to the elevator bank which isn't great but we could deal. Upon entering, we noticed a huge conference room table in the middle of the room (they couldn't even move it out of the way), office chairs, mini fridge plugged in on the floor and one queen size Murphy bed.. not even a comfortable chair or bedside table. Although clean, we were legit put into a modified conference room. And to make matters worse, the bed was up against the elevator shaft which was essentially in our room so it sounded like a train coming thru every time the elevators went past. I first called down to the front desk to ask to be moved and was told that everything was booked and there were no other rooms available (it was only 5pm so I can't imagine everyone was checked in yet). I was then told that our room was larger than others so it was technically an upgrade (we could care less about the size of the room, but a real bed would be nice). After hanging up I went down to the front desk where the manager pretty much told me "oh well". Although there were at least 8 other gift bags for guests sitting there meaning there still were people not checked in. We stay at Marriott's all over and I have never felt so dismissed. He couldn't even offer to give us a discount? So I ended up paying $187 for a conference room with essentially a queen size air mattress.. never again Marriott. You need to train your employees on customer service and the customer is always right or at least say you're booked up if all you have left is a conference room real classy.

Currently staying at this very nice hotel. Staff is friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Rooms are neat and clean. Our room is very spacious and beds are super comfortable. The bathroom has an amazing shower head too. It has been great.
