Great customer service overall! Todd Batt was an excellent salesman and extremely knowledgeable. He made the whole buying process simple and stress free. Couldn’t be happier!
Came in to look at new bikes. After doing that made my way back to the service department to ask a few questions. Spoke with a writer named Darryl. He was very helpful and informative. Was able to answer all of the questions that I had and more. He was very polite and genuine. Thanks again Darryl.
We buy things for my jet skis, snowmobiles, and bike here. Love the customer service. I always ask for Darryl who is more than willing to help us. He is very knowledgeable and always gets our stuff done in a timely manner.
We finally pulled the trigger and purchased my son a dirt bike, new from town and country, but the throttle never seemed to be right. After several techs at the Cement City store failed to correct the issue, I took it to the new store in Center and Darryl was able to get it right, right away. He was attentive, professional, and knowledgeable, and I will gladly take my quads and such back to him when they need to be serviced.
Having dealt with the customer service industry for years, I can tell you that having a team member with his attitude, work ethic and personality are vital to a successful team as a whole. Just such a pleasure to deal with, thank you for providing such a genuine staffer!
The salesmen are very courteous and knowledgeable. The service department was very efficient. My Road Glide Screaming Eagle runs great and looks awesome!! The parts were in stock and the parts people were very helpful. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
Wierd seing harley with metrics for sale but a nice shop
Helpful staff and do good work. Did what I asked and kept me informed.
STAY AWAY. BEWARE. Never again. I can't believe this place stays in business and I can only imagine the glowing positive reviews are from people who bought a new Harley and have yet to need service. Lousy service. Bad attitudes. Kept promising repair would be completed only to have them deny they ever promised anything (example: "Your bike will be ready on Tuesday at 4:30".only for me to show up on said Tues to be told they never said that). Once I get. But multiple times? This place is insane.
Took me quite a while to write this because I've been so angry at this dealer. It is THE most dishonest dealer and service center I have ever encountered. LIED about having the parts. LIED multiple times about when the repair would be done. They kept promising completed repair dates only for me to call or show up multiple times to be told they have not even started working on it.
I went thinking this was a regular bike store. I needed some new riding pants. They only sell Harley apparel. EVERYTHING says "Harley Davidson" on it Everything.
We get it you own a Harley, no one is impressed except the other folks with Harleys too and they're too busy making sure they have the latest Harley Davidson underwear to notice your new pants that have the updated logo.
Pants which, by the way, aren't even lined with any slide protection, cause their precious Harley would never let them down.
Workers very helpful, very clean, had a very rare and old item for my 74'ironhead IN STOCK when other Harley dealerships did not! Prices are kind of steep for used bikes and merchandise, but the clearance priced items fantastic! LOVE their clothing and got me a sexy lil dress for my husband as well! Worth the 2hr motorcycle ride!!!
They are the only game in town and they know it. I would recommend taking your machine to a different metropolitan area where there are choices.
Simply put, they are ripoff artists, they are supposed to be Honda certified, however I believe that they do not know what needs to beknown about the electronic parts of Honda systems. They just do the old " cleaned out your carb " and " you need a new carb "
Bottom line they never really diagnosed my electronic problem on the machine, so after 800 dollars later on a 2000 dollar machine, the problem still exists. I took it to them for their "expertise" , come to find out, they don't have any.
Go somewhere else !!!!
I recently had my Suzuki motorcycle serviced at Town and County. I would rate the service as a 2 or 3 on a scale of 0-100. Certainly not one star out of five but Google won't let me post without one star.
It took multiple phone calls to schedule service, and over ten days to complete service. I was lied to several times regarding when the service would be complete, and I was promised that I could pick up the bike several times over the course of a week. When I finally got the bike home I found that the service technician had neglected to re-connect the front turn indicators. Generally a miserable experience and I would suggest anyone looking for motorcycle service find another dealership.
Buyer beware!! These people are not worth dealing with!! They evidently can't read documents, still haven't received my $1,100 refund for my down-payment, they will let you have the bike for almost a week before they take it back due to a title error on my trade in, (because they can't read documents, they only want to make the sale!), worst people ever! Director of finance hid in his office and sent his "acting" sales manager to speak with us. Salesman said that he would be working somewhere else if he could, but a new opportunity hasn't crossed his path yetwhich says a lot to me!! Stay as far away from these people as possible!!
Just got my 2003 Suzuki Intruder back for 20k mi service and tires. They found an important gas tank recall and replace the tank. I thought I was smelling gas! Beth the service manager is on the ball! She's like Radar O'Reilly. She know what's going on before it happens. Nick took my order and did an outstanding job communicating and taking care of my lack of knowledge. My bike runs better than ever and I feel safer on it. Great crew! don't take your bike anywhere else.
