Sebastian and his team of dedicated specialists are trustworthy professionals that do a great job maintaining my car. They’re detailed oriented and all the pricing for repairs is upfront and explained in detail. Plus, their shuttle service Is friendly and extremely punctual.

I took my car into Attention 2 Detail at Arbor Motion to have it detailed today. I had spilled a gas canister in the trunk and the gas had got under the mat and onto the carpet. The car needed a general clean anyway and so I got the Premier interior detail at $229. I called Sebastian for a quote and was immediately impressed by the customer service. When I brought the car in, the service desk were so friendly and courteous. They introduced me to the technician, Nick, who was going to clean the car. He made sure to ask exactly what I expected out of the service and point out areas of concern. I got a ride directly home from Stephen and was picked up later in the day when the car was ready. Check out was easy and the service desk clerk even laughed at my Seinfeld joke. Now to the car they warned me that there may still be a slight gasoline smell, but I couldn't detect it. The car was immaculate inside and they'd cleaned the outside even though I was expecting just an interior clean. I am so impressed with every aspect of my service today. Definitely worth 5 stars. Thank you!

They were accurate in estimating the wait time for my car. The cost was reasonable. They explained everything to me and didn't try to do things that I didn't need. Couldn't ask for better customer service!!

I could type quite a bit, but for brevity sake, I will say that they have excellent mechanics that work on my SUV and car.. And the service office personnel have been topnotch. I have a 2008 Porsche Cayenne that has almost 200,000 miles. My SUV is a road warrior. I use it for business, vacations, and everyday use. There have been a number of mechanical issues this year. I feel when there is an issue I can trust them to fix it the right way with integrity. I trust them to fix my vehicle at a fair price. As, a customer that is all you can ask.

Excellent service-oriented staff. All the staff seem quite knowledgeable and well informed about Volvo issues. Labor cost comes at a premium, though. Shuttle service is indispensable, and the drivers are all very friendly and engaged. Very personable all around. A washed car at the end of service is also nice.

Took my Porsche there for some modifications to the coolant system to allow me to pass track tech inspection. Overall my experience was fantastic! Great communication and no surprises. The team was quick to respond to a post-service issue I had and got things sorted out quickly and me back on the road. I'd highly recommend them and I'll be using them as my local Porsche shop.

Excellent customer service, they remember your name. Easy to schedule appointments. They are experienced with my Swedish, German and Japanese cars. Fair prices, beating even the Japanese dealership prices. Honest and not pushy. Highly recommend!

If you care about your car, this is the place you need to go. Very reasonable prices. Have been here twice and will continue to use their shop for anything I need done in the future. They are prompt, clean, professional, and truly care about your car as much as you do. Thanks again!

I've been going to Arbor Motion for years. Although I now live an hour away, I still bring them my A6 for fast, thorough, and honest work. As a female who's not mechanically savvy, I never doubt their recommendations and many times I'll ask for a service and am told it's not needed yet. Arbor Motion will continue to have my business.

My car battery gave up. Previously, I'd always had my car serviced at the dealer where I bought it, but I'd become tired of their turnover and poor attention to detail. I decided to give Arbor Motion a try, as my husband had been happy with their service. In addition to replacing the battery, they looked over the filters and oil and figured out that I was overdue for my 80K mile service. They were willing to schedule the service for the next day, but I needed my car, so they not only fit me in that week, but they made sure I could have a loaner car for the day. All of their staff have been friendly, professional, and thorough, plus their online estimate system is a very effective way to communicate and track the service.

Simply fantastic! My experience with Arbor Motion was seemless. Many thanks to Nick Pott, Tyler Berry and Sebastian Gaeta. They took great care of me and my car. Easy to set an appointment along with prompt efficient service. Each step of the way, I was informed of everything that was being done. Prior to discovering ArborMotion, I had always gone to the dealership with my vehicles for service. However, I found that ArborMotion was more competitively priced, and I really enjoy the personalized service that I receive from them.
