Dale Tea, his son Logan and staff were incredibly helpful throughout the entire motorhome purchasing experience. Then, Tom helped fit me in for service (winterizing) when I wanted to stay in the road longer than anticipated. I recommend this team!

We were happy to find a camper that fits our family but to bad the T/C family doesn’t fit it’s reputation. Our sales guy/co owner told us a loan rate and was wrong. Then he promised to install our TV mount and TV so I drove out a special trip to deliver the TV and guess what no TV installed. Wrong again! Next on our pick up day they proceeded to tell us they found a broken Window but now 5 months later they can’t seem to get the time to fix it. They expect us to take an entire day out of our life to bring the camper to them. Ridiculous! They got our money and now they could care less about us!

My husband and I were very pleased with the camper we purchased. Matt went above and beyond with our walk through. He was the most courteous and helpful person. We were a little disappointed in the salesman, after driving all the way from AL to OH, we saw him when we
first got there and never saw him again. No thank you for your purchase, nothing.

About 4 years ago I had a experience with one of their salesman that lied to me if it wouldn't have been for me mentioning my uncle's name and this man knowing him he would have sold me a motorhome with the transmission going out of it

Left an email. No response. Called during business hours service is very hard to get in touch with. When I did they told me they don't work on my brand.

We received a very fair deal. Good price on a used Class C, friendly folks and very willing to help after the sale. Would recommend you check them out, was worth our drive from Central Ohio.

I bought my 1st camper from T&C and was very pleased. Did have one small problem but they sent a service tech to my campsite and it was solved. Now I getting a new camper and the salesman has been very honest with me in everything. Even with a slight delay in delivery he has done his best with great customer service. I'll definitely stay with T&C and will refer anyone to go to them.

My husband saw a travel trailer that he liked online. We were not certain that the weight was correct. They had two of the same model but the weight difference was 1000lbs. My husband had me call and confirm the weight before the hour drive over there. The salesman confirmed the weight. When we got there and looked at the sticker on both units it did show one unit was much heavier than the one we wanted. I decided to make the purchase on the lighter unit. My husband still did not believe the weight so the sale was put on hold until the weight was confirmed. The sales manager argued with my husband giving every reason under the sun that the weight was correct and why it was correct. When the manufacturer was contacted it was confirmed that there was an error and the weight was wrong. The sales manager never said another word to my husband, no sorry, nothing. When I requested my finance papers (they had all my personal info) I was told they were the property of Town and Country and I couldn't have them! I insisted he shred them. If you can't trust them to listen to you over something like this then I would be hard pressed to trust them with anything. so WARNING AND BEWARE just because it says it doesn't mean it's true.

Bought our first camper at Town and Country RV. We did discover some major issue's after the 3rd time using it. There was some hidden problems that I do not think anyone would have seen without taking the camper completely apart. Now after getting in touch with Town and Country and Showing them my issues. I can honestly say I feel like they really do care about there customers. Would I buy another camper from them??? YES.. Because I did. If you walk in and notice how busy they are. I think there is a very good reason for that.
