  Went in to ask for a manual or spare tire for a Passport. Never recieved an answer actually. They just repeatedly told me the car was junk and wouldn't answer the question. Will take my business to Hinderer in Heath if Tansky doesn't want it.

  I took my Civic in for scheduled service and had a great experience. I arrived early hoping to get done quickly because of another appointment. They got me right in and out. They guy at the counter thoroughly reviewed their completed work and asked if I had questions. Great customer service.
