My Husband and I visited McHugh for the first time ever and were blown away by the service, kindness, knowledge and wonderful customer service we received from Mr. Jason Moore. He made us feel truly welcome, he went above and beyond to help us find the perfect vehicle that met all our needs and preferences, he was knowledgeable in every detail that we asked about the vehicles we tested and he made our over all experience there a treat. We were considering a ford before our visit to McHugh, but it was thanks to the outstanding customer service from Jason and the rest of the McHugh family that we are now the proud owners of a JEEP Renegade! My companies purchase truck frequently. We understand the ways to determine the fair values of trade in's as well as dealer purchased trucks. We are located in Knoxville Tn and traveled all the way to Zanesville OH to purchase the truck we needed.

Jeff Ward did an Outstanding job as a competent and fair salesperson. We were able to reach a price that was fair for both parties over the phone and when we arrived to do the trade there were no surprises.

The entire staff were welcoming and professional. I would recommend them as a great family dealership who will treat you fairly!

I recently had my son's 2010 Dodge Charger worked on by this dealership. I am absolutely sold on their integrity and workmanship!
They diagnosed the problem within approx 5 hours, and gave me an estimate, and set out to doing the work. The dealership treated me fairly and Paul the service manager is very knowledgeable! My hat is off to all the people that worked on my son's car! I can't say enough good things about this dealership or the mechanics working in the background to maintain older vehicles! My son is happy, my Wife IS Happy, and I AM HAPPY! Thank you so much for all your hard work.

I have bought my last three vehicles from McHugh. Every time was better than the last. Drew Lambert and Kenny Wilson go above and beyond to make sure you area happy with the transaction. These are two true gentleman and are a pleasure to do business with. The service department is easy to get along with and communicates clearly with you BEFORE completing the work, unlike some dealerships.
