  No wonder why this store is closing.
  Horrible service.
  We were told a battery replacement would take 24hrs. And it would be ready for pick up today at 2:30 yet it is 4pm and they don't have it ready. They told me it would take 5 min and it has now been 10.

  Didn't end up purchasing anything, but I spent a very pleasant 20 minutes with Maria educating me about their different brands. Customer service seems really superior, and they have prices ranging from $180-brietling levels.
