I purchased a dress , that really liked. The back had crochet , that tore , then it shrunked. With receipt in hand the manager refused even a store credit. I have worked retail and sometimes clothing can be defective or of poor quality. Nordstrom rack does not stand behind their merchandise. They lost a customer and I will make sure all the people I know will be informed of this experience.

Low prices but limited selection and plain presentation. You could very easily walk in here and not find what you were looking for. You could also find what you were looking for at a significant discount. It's a gamble. If you have shopping time to spare worth a look, if you're busy give it a pass unless you had another errand next door anyway.

Went to shoe department looking for "Fitflops" and a sales clerk by the name of Paula went out of her way to help me find them and show me different styles taking her time,I will certainly go back to your store and hope I find great sales personnel like Paula.

I honestly prefer The Rim location better, although this one does seem to have more in stock and more variety. Overall love this store & love rack!
