Great place to shop. Would have given it five stars, but the one thing that got to me was when I was waiting in a long line during the holidays, three cashier at the register, and cashier number three decides to walk off; really!? No explanation, no someone will be right with you; just walk off like the line didn't exist.
Nice clothes, but not enough staff. The clothes are always thrown on the floor. The shoe department is a mess all the time. Some "high end" things but unorganized so shopping is a turn off.
Plenty of parking but getting in/out is currently problematic. They have improved their checkout process. Friendly staff.
This place is cool. On Thursday it was well organized, with line coming into store, and lines for checking out. Come here often cashiers are friendly and helpful
This Kohl's location is fantastic. The staff is really helpful and the store was clean/organized. This store has a big selection and is much larger than the other kohl's in San Antonio. I will return for more shopping during Christmas.
If you are going there you need to look for the merchandise on the floor. Shoe section is a mess. Could be better if employees dedicate time to their job and not just to talk or cellphones.
Went to find dress shoes for my 13yo son who is now in adult sizes. Some shoes had sale tags on them but were not actually on sale - misleading. Plus there is no way I'm spending $80 or more on dress shoes for a kid. Way overpriced and very disappointing.
Great location. Doesn't get too busy at all, except for around the holidays. Very clean store. Friendly staff. Big parking lot.
I love Kohl's stores in general. The location of this store is Great! It's easy to get in and out of the parking lot. I wish it were a bit more organized like some other locations I've visited
Kohl's always has some sort of great sale going on! Just remember to use the Kohls cash when you earn it, I always seem to forget and remember either the day after or a few days later. The sales people are helpful when located, they usually aren't to be found out on the floor. The place is usually tidy. This is my favorite place to shop.
Wide selection of clothes for whole family. Lots of changing rooms. Usually has short lines. Almost always has a coupon on the retail me not app to save even more.
This store is always always dirty and a mess. Its hard to find any thing in there.
Great clothing selections, but extremely messy and disorganized no matter when you shop. This makes it very difficult to find what you want.
Great deals. Love the Sonoma t-shirts!!
So there are "JOIN OUR SEASONAL TEAM" advertisements posted all throughout the store, however when you ask any associate in the store about this advertisement and you ask if they are hiring? They look at you like they don't have any idea as to how to answer that question? Was directed to the store manager, her response was "Seasonal means the job will end in December approximately and they are in no need to keep any of the seasonal employees on a permanent hire because the store slows down in January, but yes we are accepting applications", this was the response that I received and that, "There is no need for any regular hire store employees at this time". Wow how about having some enthusiasm!? I think as a store manager you should be able to clearly and confidently answer if your store is in need of any employees at your store, when you can't do this it leaves people with a question in their head are you even a good employer? manager at this point. We are accepting applications is such a generic response vs saying something as simple as yes we are hiring and you should apply! Lets not forget who pays your paycheck - the CUSTOMER! Their call center management on Rogers Road is no different I rate them a zero stars!.. They are mean and are Hypocrites.
