Terrible! Jos' may have lost my business forever. So, I went in this store with the intention to buy 4 suits to freshen up the wardrobe, right. When I entered the store I was not greeted by anyone. So, I figure they were busy and I begin to browse the store thinking surely someone will be along soon. Wrong! 20-30 minutes later guy ask if I need help. I explained to the my intention to purchase 4 suits. You would think that would get there attention. No! The Clerk, I use this term because none of these folks working at this location know anything about sales or service, he hands me a coat & pants to try on, now keep in mind I wear suits. (I know my size) and so, I go on my way in to the dressing room. I come out. Said Clerk NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! Looked for him and when i found him, he was on his cell phone up by the cash register. Mind you by this time I'm pretty frustrated. As well as many other customers in the store. By this time I was DONE, and when I walked by the guy on my way out the door. He ask me "if I was finding everything ok!" I then turned to him said that I was going to a store where I could someone to help me. At that point he exclaimed and made some sort of snarky comment. I didn't even acknowledge the last remarks, and went straight to Nordstrom's.

Not sure what is going on at this store. I went in and bought 2 suits. One needed hemming and the other needed hemming and the waist / seat out. They did not call as promised to let me know it was ready. We finally called and it was ready.I am glad I did not have my wife pick them up as there was an error. On the suit pant that was supposed to have the seat and waist let out, they actually took it in. So we checked in back in and they were again supposed to call me. They did not. After another week I did not receive a call so I called. They said they would check. After my phone counter reached 20 minutes I hung up and called back. The next guy was able to check and find it in less than 5 minutes. I guess you get what you pay for. Recommend spending a bit more to get the service from other stores. Hopefully no issues upon pick up today.

The one time I went here the only clerk on duty clearly did not care at all about being there and was of minimal help.

The sales associates are busier on their phone than to help you. They can't press or clean anything here. Will go to men's warehouse from now on.
