We love taking our son to Tots n Teens! Being a first time mom I am overly paranoid about everything. She fits us in immediately and has amazing advice and tips. She cares about the whole family!

I became a first time Mom in 2013. I was clueless on where to go for my Daughters care. I found Tots and Teens through an online search. I am so thankful that I did. The care my now two children have received has been amazing. Dr. Gopan is compassionate, caring, professional and gives the absolute best medical care. My children love seeing her and I am so thankful to have her as my childrens doctor. Amazing place!

Dr. Gopan is THE best doctor my kids have ever had. We have been with the practice since we moved to NC in 2014 and I have never once been uncomfortable with any of her suggestions. She caught a problem with my oldest daughter's eyes that most doctor's don't even check for. Recommending us to the eye doctor as quickly as she did saved my daughter's depth perception. My four kids love going to see her. She is concerned about every aspect of their lives and they really feel that. She listens and offers advice as needed. We have called her after hours and she has gotten right back to us, even on vacation! I couldn't ask for a better doctor for our kids.

I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Gopan! I have been taking my 5 and 3 year old, since their births. The office is small, clean, safe for kids and the staff has always been kind to us. I can't emphasize enough the importance of our Doctor, as well as the nurses and office staff, remembering everything about my children, even if I have forgotten to mention something in their past medical history. They are thorough, have never made us feel rushed, everyone answers our questions and they always have smiles for the kids.
I wish my own adult clinic treated their patients this way!
If you are looking for excellent treatment and diagnosis, and for people who actually care about your children, Doctor Gopan is the lady to see.response / report this review -

It is a pleasure to have such a great family practice in there area. Old school medicine where the doctors spend the quality time with each patient and you feel like they genuinely care about the well being of your children and yourself. We have never had anything less than a great experience working with the knowledgeable staff, regardless the issue, the time or the child. Happily recommended to all.

Dr. Gopan is a wonderful and kind woman! She has known our family by name since our second visit. We wanted a small friendly- good to see you again- family owned establishment and that's exactly what we got! I've had to call the office many times after hours and very late and dr. Gopan has called me back w in 30 mins! They have also gotten us in same day appt when our child was sick. Our son loves her and feels so comfortable w her. I couldn't imagine dr. Gopan not being his pediatrician. She calms our first time parent fears and gives us helpful tips when we needed it. I feel like I can ask her anything! We've done the large fancy 5 doctor Pediactrics before and felt rushed and almost lost in the shuffle of a crowded waiting room. dr.gopan has never made us feel overlooked. I have and would recommend her to anyone! :) Read less

This is the best pediatrician I have ever had. I have always been able to be seen without any issues. The office staff know me and my children by name. They explain things in a way that is easy to understand. Dr. Gopan's personality is one of the best that I have ever seen, and I have been a nurse for 9 years. I don't ever feel rushed with her. She asks about the whole family. She makes me feel comfortable with telling her the good and the bad with the kids. She is really genuine. I don't think I would have been as successful with managing my child's diagnosis without her. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for excellent quality of care.

My son has been a patient here for the last 4 years. I've never had any issues getting an appointment for well visits or last minute same day when needed. They have always taken time with me and my son to answer all of my questions and fully explain and even show me what is going on with my son. They have been kind, compassionate, and supportive in every interaction we've had with them. Their scheduling is spot on as I've never had to wait past my scheduled time, except for once, but there was a child clearly in serious distress and I'd expect them to spend as much time as needed on sick child, as they have always done the same for mine. I've never felt like a number, or rushed when we visit. I'd highly recommend them over the cattle call pediatricians I've visited before.

We just switched from this pediatric center to another for several reasons.
1) Without my consent a medical student was giving my one year old shots and did it wrong! It caused my son more pain than it should have. They claim medical students aren't allowed to do this and are supervisedthey are lying to you!
2) If I have to ask the doctor ANY questions I will be charged an office fee.
3) I waited almost an hour after my appointment time for one flu shot for my son and they didn't have any other patients at the time!
4) The doctor accused my husband and I of starving our son because he was underweight, we explained that he's a bottomless pit and constantly eats and yet she was still rude and condescending.
5) They didn't seem to understand me well when I asked for the immunization record I have to be filled out. They put down one shot and forgot the other three so we had to ask again and break it down.
We just got out of the military and dealt with crap doctors but after these experiences I would go back to an army doctor anyday!response / report this review
