  I love living here. Place is quiet, clean, and the staff CARE.

  Location is the only good thing.
  The property manager is nice in the beginning while collecting fees but rude and dismissive soon after.
  They regulate your guest
  The apartments are not renovated with very old outdated kitchen and baths. (it's like walking on set to the Family Ties sitcom)
  There are pest. Roaches and gnats
  I've been here 5 months and have had the cooling system repaired 3 times. (Repairs are handled quickly)
  Can't wait for my lease to be up. For the price it's a rip off. But again location.
  The neighbors are friendly that's the final plus.

  As a resident/owner of Bolinwood for 15 years, I can say its located in a quiet area on the busline. The residents usually consist of annual students, or graduate students. However, it has become more family oriented, children have been taking residence which adds a closer sense of community. Management and maintenance are like family! A great place to live!

  Place is a dump! Stay away, unless you don't mind a roach and rat infestation. Also a management team that are incredibly rude. Every apartment I looked at was extremely nasty.
