I was referred to this particular dealership and a salesman by a friend. Sam was very excited to meet with me, and show me a car I’ve had my eye on, the X6M. His knowledge of the car, and of the various other cars on the lot is exactly what separates him from other salesmen. He’s a very genuine person, and made a Tuesday afternoon feel like a vacation. I've enjoyed working with Jake Britt as I researched my new car purchase of a BMW 330e. He has been patient over the past few months as I have looked at a number of different new and CPO models, honing in on my ultimate decision. Ales was a super nice guy to assist in my car buying experience. The X5 I found online was all detailed and ready to look at. We were able to work out a fair price for my trade-in after some negotiation. The entire process was very smooth. Ales even dropped off some new floor mats at my house the next day along with an item I had left in my trade-in. Would highly recommend.

I purchased a 2012 BMW X5. Barry Frucht was amazing to work with. Everything was exactly as discussed, ready when it was supposed to be, and the whole process was smooth. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a car and hates car sales people, visit Barry. I dread buying cars, but I'll never buy another one from any one except Barry. Can't say enough about his knowledge, attentiveness, and attention to detail.

Purchased a 2015 CPO BMW i3 from Barry Frucht. Great experience with Barry. Even though I told Barry I was not purchasing a car, he still offered to take me on a test drive in the i3. He said "if you never drive an electric car you should try the i3even if it is just for fun." I drove the car, Barry provided great info on the car and we purchased the car a few days later.

Took my M2 in for yearly service and to have a few issues looked at. Jason was my service adviser and did an excellent job. They had a clean, nearly brand new loaner lined up for me and every issue was resolved. Even the detailing job they did was much better than any other dealer job I've seen in the area.

I recently bought a 2015 M4 from David at Leith BMW. Obviously the car is incredible, but you can get the car anywhere. David is by far the best salesman I've ever had! He isn't pushy. He takes his time explaining everything to you and showing you. He triple checks to make sure he's telling you the right thing. I've had to bug him a few times with stupid questions, and he's never annoyed or ignores me. He is not only a great salesman but a wonderful man! If you go to Leith, ask for David!!!

I was very hesitant in bringing my BMW e46 m3 in for a recall because I'm afraid of tech's damaging my car. My car is in very good condition and I take very good care of it (you can tell by looking at it inside and out as most have been replaced with brand new factory parts). But since it's an airbag recall I decided to bring it in for safety purpose.

I get my car back and they tell me the tech scratched my steering wheel trim. I tell them they should replace the trim with new part and they agreed. Heather, who inspected the damage was very kind and told me the new part has been ordered. I live over an hour away and had to come back to get my trim replaced the following week. They replace my trim and I went on my way. As soon as I get home I notice scratches and scuffs in my driver door handle (as if they opened the handle with the keys in their hand). I know it was from the dealer because I inspected my car thoroughly before bringing it in. My mistake was not checking the outside of my car before leaving the dealer (I checked the interior only, as it was where the repair was done). I'm very upset with how my car was treated initially and the second time. The techs that worked on my car were very careless and reminded me as to why I didn't want to bring my car in the first place. Just want to let you know my experience and why I will never be coming back to your dealer again.

Jake Britt at Leith BMW is excellent. He works for you and ensures a good buying experience. I came in with some difficult requests and he made it happen. Throughout my time with Jake he wasn't pushy a single time. He has a very good, consultative sales approach that perfectly fits BMW. Any time you find yourself at Leith BMW definitely ask for Jake Britt. He's the man.

Colleen OLeary was also an important part of my experience at Leith BMW. I highly recommend working with her for your leasing and financing needs. She has a ton of experience and is able to make sure you walk out the door with the best financial plan in place for your new purchase. Colleen is also one of the nicest customer facing employees I've ever worked with.

My experience with Leith overall hasn't been matched by any other dealerships yet. I'll be coming back to them for future BMW purchases.

Big shout out to Jake Britt and the Leith BMW team for all of their help with our family's first BMW purchase. They helped us find the perfect car for our needs and the customer service and overall process was spot on! Additional thanks to Joel Kuvuna with the BMW Genius team for all of his time and effort. Couldn't recommend these guys any more highly! The X3 is spacious, efficient and has all of the bells and whistles we were looking for. I recently purchased a 2014 BMW 335i from Leith BMW and was helped by Henry Caldwell. I was looking for a pretty hard to come by combo it turns out. There just aren't many BMW's with a 6 cylinder and a manual transmission now a days. So when I found one for sale at Leith I called up and was connected with Henry who was very helpful and easy to work with. He was quick to answer a text or be ready to answer a phone call and assisted with every step in the process. His passion for BMW and their cars was very evident. His knowledge about this car and BMW's in general came was helpful in my decision. I would recommend Henry Caldwell to anyone who wants a great experience when purchasing a BMW. Leith itself has a friendly staff and had an easy to use website. The final sales price was fairly represented by the website, by Henry, and by the Finance department.
