  Finally a doctor that spends time with you and takes care of you! After being frustrated by visits to other physicians lasting only a couple of minutes, I finally found a physician who actually cares. My appointments have always started within 10 minutes of the scheduled time and the doctor never seems rushed or distracted. MacGregor's Physicians spend the time with their patients to communicate clearly and offer all logical alternatives to your situation. This is the office I recommend to all friends in the area.

  I am so thankful to have this practice and to be a patient. My parents love Dr. Brown and I have had great experiences with Dr. Watkins. This office is a little bit old school, which in my experience leads to better and more knowledgeable care. I wish I could be more specific about my visits or conditions, but trust me they take great care of you in every situation.

  I have been going here for a long time, but my final straw was today. My pharmacy notifies me saying my doctor has denied me a prescription refill. I call the office and they tell me they need my records from a different specialist. I have my specialist fax it over and expect the issue to be solved. When I come back from my work trip, it still has not been taken care of. Now, I have to come in for a physical they say. I was in the office the 26th of May and nobody mentioned a thing about needing one. Also, they don't take faxes now so there is no record of them sending it. Finally, I am so frustrated that they agree to a month of my medicationwhy was this not the first solution?! I am solely switching to a different practice because of the office staff.
