Called for delivery and they said the wait would be 1 hr, which is totally fine and understandable. After 1.5 hrs we called and they said it was on its way. After 45 more minutes we called again and they said the order was lost, and that another new order could be placed for delivery and would arrive in about 1.5 hrs. Nope, not ok. Never going here again. Much better pizza places in Madison that are much more worth your time and money.

Waited over two and a half hours for one pizza and an order of topper stix- that still may not come. Did not even get an apology and was hung up on when we called to see where our pizza was an hour after they said it would arrive. Not worth it. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Update: 3 hours, no pizza.
Update: 3.5 hours, pizza arrived. Topperstix are very undercooked. Overall incredibly unsatisfying.

I've ordered take out a bunch of times, and they've always had my order ready by the time I got back from shopping at the 7eleven kitty corner to the location. The thin crust pizza is on par with all the other major chains. My only issue is with their pepperoni, which are fairly narrow slices that curl up and pool the grease as the pizza cooks. I usually do a pat down with a paper towel. The staff are friendly and seemingly efficient.

Good pizza, nice delivery drivers, wrong sauce.I asked for nacho cheese, they gave me ranch.not even close. I would understand accidentally giving Parmesan garlic or blue cheese but ranch? Very dissapointed

This place was right next to the apartment complex that I stayed in during the summer. I can't even remember how many times I ate here, but every time my pizza was outstanding. The workers always greet you when you come in and make you feel welcome. Pricing is a bit high, but not unreasonable. One of my favorite pizza "chains" of all time.
