Our salesman was very helpful and friendly. He answered all our noob questions and had good suggestions (prior to the sale) for towing and operating the RV. Two issueswe closed on the RV late in the day and the orientation felt rushed and left us with many questions. And when you spend $20k on a new RV, the salesman should have called a couple of days later just to check in and see if we were satisfied, had questions, etc.

You would be foolish not to buy from them this was our first RV and would come back for the next one.

After purchasing our 2018 Keystone Montana we had an issue with our automatic leveling system, we took it back to Camping World in Concord, NC. Our service writer, Joe Flanagan was very professional and caring. He made sure that we knew how long the repair would take and that it would be done as quickly as possible. Our service technician, Henry was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the problem and got the issue resolved quickly. Both Joe and Henry are very valuable assets to Camping World!!

Came to camping world today with the family. Our sales guy was Will Smith and I highly recommend asking for him when you come. Not only did he listen to every detail we told him we wanted in a new camper, but he exceeded our expectations. My husband and I did end up finding exactly what we wanted, but so did my In-Laws. Thank you Will for taking care of us and providing us with awesome customer service!

My fiance and I went to Camping World for the first time yesterday. We had a sales associate who was very new to the company but she did an excellent job on pointing us into the direction we needed to go within our budget. She also took the extra step to make sure that we understood the process. I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a camper say ask for Danielle she's very professional and have a great sense of humor.

We were very pleased with our buying experience! We had submitted request online for quotes and was contacted in a reasonable time. Ian our salesman was great! he was quick to contact us by phone or text when we had questions. He also showed us around once we were finally able to make it to the lot. We never felt pressured to have to buy. Once we were ready to make a deal the staff worked with us on a good timeframe on getting the paperwork done and getting our new travel trailer picked up.

My wife and I are new Campers. After recently experiencing and EXCELLENT experience and purchase of our 29' camper at Camping World of Concord NC we were even more rewarded by calling Camping World our new place to shop. We met some very nice folks there but there is one person that everyone should take the time to meet thereher name is Erika. She was one of the most pleasant and informative members of the staff I have ever met. My wife was totally impressed with her "open arms", "family" demeanor. She is professional yet inviting with her delightful personality. She was knowledgeable in ever technique on how to save money on any purchase. If you need help on discounts and/or buying power, I strongly suggest you "ASK ERIKA". Thank you Erika for making us feel like one of the family members at Camping Worldwe will be back, no doubt.

Had the wonderful opportunity of working with Salesman, Will Smith. He was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Very, knowledgeable, patient, and considerate of our time. We were in the city visiting relatives, and decided to stop by and check out their LARGE inventory! Boy were we impressed! We were only passing time, but have now strongly considered purchasing within the next few weeks! We were SOLD within the first 45minutes! THANKS WILL!!!

Our salesman Jacob Helms is the nicest most helpful sales person we have ever dealt with . No matter what we need or what questions we may have he is always there for us . If he doesn't know the answer he will find out for us. We needed some service work on our rv after we purchased it and Jake, Eric and Olaf were fantastic . They were all so very helpful and extremely patient with us. We could not of had better service! Everyone at the dealership and store were very friendly and eager to please! Would recommend to anyone.

My husband and I looked at campers with Ben Fields and he was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure, answered all our questions and concerns and so very patient showing us around. Would highly recommend him. We were also cordially greeted by Bob White, Sales Mgr and other employees just passing by were very friendly. We purchased a toyhauler from Camping World in 2014 and have LOVED it. We felt like we got an honest price from them. We visit their local Camping World store weekly and they have always been beyond helpful - ordering out of stock items, helping us find items, etc. We will remain loyal to Tom Johnson Camping World because we have found them to be the BEST staff around. Just purchased our first RV. To date, the experiences with the Tom Johnson staff of Camping World has been great. Everyone has been very helpful, very polite, knowledgeable, and professional as they have not only done their own job well but have extended their customer service to assist me to assure that I had the best possible experience and service. I have been assisted by Sales staff, Service Techs, Service Desk, and Store staff. All have responded as noted above.

My husband and I purchased a fifth wheel at Tom Johnson Camping World this past weekend. We could not be more pleased with the service we received. Everyone was so accommodating. Employees walking by us in the lounge made sure to ask if we needed any help or have been helped. We actually dealt with two salesman. Andrew and Ron. They were both amazing. The store manager Bob made us feel welcome and was very kind. The finance woman Kim also was wonderful. It was an easy and enjoyable process. I recommend them for any RV needs.
